We had amazing safari experience with Perfect Safari. We saw more than “ big five”. It is unforgettable and incredible memory for us in lifetime. Big thanks to our guide Albert and Eli. Always spot animals at first place and found good place for our photos & videos. Took care of my senior parents, made us feel comfortable and safe on the road. Thanks to Elizabeth and Clara planning our trip and always responded quickly, resolved problems for us once reached out. Thank you for making our Safari experience so perfect.

We loved the organization of Perfect Safaris Africa. Right from the start, they were very flexible and adapted the tour to best fit our wishes. (We ended the tour in Arusha, as we were flying to Zanzibar after the safari). They were very response whenever we had any questions. The handover from our Kenyan guide to our Tanzanian guide at the border of Isebania went smoothly. In Kenya, Chris was our awesome guide. He gave his best to give us the best possible experience and tried to find all animals we wanted to see (Of course, there's always some luck involved - it's nature). He is amazingly good at spotting animals, even from far away. We were lucky to see all Big 5 (especially a lot of lions) as well as cheetahs. All in all, Chris was an outstanding guide, not only a driver. He taught us about the animal behaviour as well as Kenyan plants. Apart from that, you can also have interesting discussions about various topics, not only wildlife, but also about Kenyan culture and daily life. We had a great time with him. He even had a "Just Married" sign at the back of his Jeep and informed the lodges that we're on our honeymoon and some of them had decorated our room. Compared to Chris, our guide in Tanzania was rather a driver than a guide. He was rather looking where there are already other cars standing than searching for animals by himself. The accommodation in Tanzania were really nice and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Even if Lake Manyara also is an interesting National Park, we would not recommend visiting it at the end of the safari, as the difficult animal sightings (it's a quite dense forest) were disappointing compared to the animal density that we experienced in other parks before.

The BEST company by far! Professional, courteous, and fun to be with, we had a super experience with them. Highly recommend and would only work with these guys in the future. They made it a wonderful trip of a lifetime for sure!!!

We came to realize that the only thing that was a luxury about this trip was the fact that we had our own driver and car the entire time. The lodging and restaurants may be have been 2 and half to 3 stars at the most. There were times that we had to switch hotels 3 times in one night due to filth and lack of desire for the food and accommodations. There was also times that we had to go 11 hours without eating a meal due to restaurants could not serve nor were prepared. I feel the company did was not aware of the lack of accommodations that some of the restaurants and hotels were supposed to have. Our trip was also rescheduled from last year due to COVID and the company was well aware that my 81 year old aunt could not walk far distances or stand for long periods of time. She wanted this to be her last big trip and I feel they had plenty of time to make these arrangements. There were several times that the rooms were way to far for her to walk to and had to make either different arrangements or she had to take many breaks on the way. This to me was unacceptable. Many times on this trip we heard "we are sorry' or please bear with us. I felt that we did not pay for a service at all. On many occasions I also had to get us food. On one occasion our driver had to stop at a store so we can buy food and I had to make all of us lunch. This is not my idea of luxury. I feel that they tried at times but also feel that they had ample time and notice to be attentive to our needs. We also had to wait an hour for our driver when we got to the airport and another hour at the border coming back. The drive told us he was buying rice for his own personal need which is why he was late. At that point we were really ready to get on our plane to get home.

We had a great time in the Safari trip, the staff of Perfect Safari are wonderful, they were very professional, went out way to help and accommodate us day in and day out. We were able to see what we came to see and and wanted to find - the incredible animals and scenery. I would recommend George and his Perfect Safari company to anyone who want to have a great and memorable Africa Safari experience, and working with a local company and helping local economy at the same time.

We had 12 days trip July28 to August 8 2019. Nairobi-Lake Naivasha - Hell Gate National Park-Maasai Mara National Reserve- Serengeti National Park - Ngorogoro Crater National Park- Lake Manyara - Amboseli National Park. George and his team did an excellent job and gave us a wonderful vacation!

The trip was arranged by Perfect Safaris Africa. The itinerary was specially made to fit the 13 people group made put of 5 families. 4 of the people went to climbing mountain Kilimanjaro on day 11. Every details was planned out every step of the way and the best drivers in Sammy (in Kenya) and Harun (in Tanzania), along with George, made it possible for us to see everything there is to be seen. It is an incredible trip and it is highly recommended for all to check out this travel agency. You will be glad and pleased.
