We were asked to provide a 5 star review. The 5 star aspects were the tour itinerary. Irene’s responsiveness to itinerary adjustments. She communicated promptly and was there to meet us off the ship. The van and driver were 5 star. Irene was also very helpful at the restaurant organising our food at a Korean BBQ restaurant and took some great photos which she presented to us in a book. Unfortunately the negatives were that Irene is softly spoken and speaks heavily accented English at speed. Her audio device didn’t help much to project her voice adequately. Overhearing other tour guides we definitely didn’t get enough detail on the places we visited. I did try to tell her to speak louder and slower however we both struggled to understand her.

Professional guidance, explain the history and development of Busan very clear. The car is clean and comfortable. Also, Austin always accompany with us together to go inside of the spot. Really recommend for your visit to Busan~~

Excellent tour! We were contacted via WhatsApp, and our guide (Mr. Moon) very kindly met us at the cruise port exit and took us in a very comfortable vehicle to all the places offered, explaining everything about the city's history and traditions in perfect English. He gave us plenty of time to take great photos, shop, and eat and drink. We appreciate how well organized the tour was, especially because in our group, two people needed to go very slowly and Mr. Moon gave us the tour with the perfect pauses and pace. We are very grateful and highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a wonderful shore excursion thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Irene. She was very helpful, caring, and attentive, making the whole day smooth and enjoyable. We felt so well looked after that I’ve already planned to book with her again when we return in October. Irene is outstanding — we highly recommend her!

This was an excellent excursion and a great way to see Busan. Irene picked us up right at the cruise dock, it was a very easy process. She adjusted our itinerary based on our likes. We actually only had one other couple with us on our excursion. We went through the fish market, which is amazing. For lunch, she found the perfect place for us. A place that would have chicken while the other couple went and had a wonderful seafood meal. They were very good with time management and making sure we made it back to the cruise on time and ready for our departure. Irene made sure that we had a wonderful experience.

We had a very nice day and saw the wonderful highlights of Busan. Irene answered all our questions and was very attentive to our wishes. Pickup, transport, and delivery were punctual and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tour.
