We chartered the sailboat with Captain Gus for a day in the bay out to see the sea lions in point Loma. The weather was perfect waters snacks sodas were provided. The boat was super clean, and Gus kept things interesting by giving us tidbits about the other boats and a lot of the history in the area. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing day with Sea Monkey Adventures! Booking was easy, Captains Beau was so much fun, the boat was clean and very well kept, absolutely beautiful! With 3 teenagers it's often hard to entertain the whole family but a day sailing on the water was perfect! Well worth the price, they provide great snacks and take such good care of you plus you can bring your own food. We will definitely be using them again, thinking of trying a sunset cruise with friends next . Sea Monkey Adventures will definitely be a repeat for our family and friends!

We had a wonderful time with Capt. Gus. Were able to enjoy lots of the harbor under sail - so relaxing and peaceful! Also had great discussions about the sights and history, and learned a bunch about sailing. The boat was very comfortable and well equipped and we appreciated blankets and snacks. Super fun day for my 19 year old twins, husband and I - highly recommend!

Our sailboat ride in San Diego was an unforgettable highlight of the bachelorette trip! Captain Gus was the best. He was friendly, fun, and full of cool San Diego knowledge that made the experience even better. The ride was super smooth and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, helping us set up drinks and letting us play our own music on the speaker. One of the best parts was seeing our bride take the wheel for a few seconds so we could snap the perfect photo op. I would absolutely do it again and definitely recommend booking with Captain Gus.

It was one of the if not the most memorable experience the group had on a long weekend spent in San Diego! Captain Gus was full of energy and fun facts. Mom's out there, book this trip for your family you won't regret it!! We had the time of our lives!! What an amazing adventure. "The Sea Monkey" boat is the perfect size. It's big enough down below to have not only 1 but 2 bedrooms that are a nice size if you have little ones that need to lie down, or if someone if very tired they could take a nap. There is a bathroom, a table with seating and a sink with a mini kitchen. There are nice warm blankets for on deck and the snacks/ chip bags and various juices and canned drinks are wonderful. We had Captain Gus who was fantastic, you can request your Captain, and I would highly recommend him. He is super safe and very knowledgeable about all aspects of sailing as well as all the sites your seeing. Because of the boat size we were able to get up close to the "Midway" which is a view I have never seen before and pretty amazing!!! The 2 1/2 hours is the perfect amount of time not to long, but long enough you get to see so many sites and be able to really sail quick once your out more in the open. My entire family loved it and my husband didn't even get sea sick. He said he felt great and didn't get nauseous at all. I was able to go down below for a bit and I did not feel dizzy at all either. There is public parking nearby the gate you will sail out of and the communication between the company operator and us was phenomenal!! They were there to guide you every step of the way until you met the Captain and were safely on the boat. It was a top notch experience and completely worth it!!

I am a 85 year old grandmother celebrating my 86th birthday taking my kids and grandkids for their first sale boat ride. Captain Gus was very informative showing my grandson and granddaughter how to steer and let them steer the boat for a moment. I was able to go to the head of the boat for awhile and enjoy the breeze and then return back to the protected canopy. It was truly a bucket lister of mine that I will never forget.
