Providing informative, engaging and respectful commentary, including sharing the history of the land and acknowledging Aboriginal custodians, is an important part of our tours. It is disappointing to learn this was not delivered to the standard we expect, and your comments will be followed up with our guiding team to ensure this is addressed. We also appreciate your honest note about the nature of bus touring along the Great Ocean Road. While guided tours offer convenience and access to key highlights, we understand they can feel different to travelling by car, and we value you sharing this perspective for future travellers.
