First they didn't tell us that there were two places in the port where tours left. No internet at the location, we got lost and missed the tour. We agreed on WhatsApp to return the next day, which we did, returning to the port, now having received the location. We waited at the agreed location, they called my name, we paid, and just when the tour was going to leave (already late), we were left behind. Questioned, the guide just said "you won't". I chased the group and he said they had sold our tickets to other people. No reason, no explanation, they just said we'll give you your money back or if you want, we have a spot at the end of the day. I complained to the company person who handled all the contacts, who only said that they apologized but it was just a problem with vacancy availability (this is the text message on WhatsApp). We lost the trip, the credibility, and I am writing to prevent others from going through the same thing. It was our last day and the most important trip in Zakynthos

I had a misunderstanding regarding the pickup and drop-off arrangements. Because of the confusion, the tour was cancelled. Instead of making me argue or spend time contacting GetYourGuide, the company simply cancelled the booking and refunded my money immediately. That level of customer service is absolutely outstanding. Even though I didn’t get the chance to go on the tour, the way they handled the situation speaks volumes about how professional and customer-focused they are. A company that treats its customers like this deserves nothing but praise. 10/10 service – if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended!
