Was not able to make it....
Was not able to make it. However, the customer service was amazing. Their communication was top notch. Hope that I can book again when we return to Thailand!

Amazing Tour with Nang! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had such a great time on this tour! Our guide, Nang, was absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning and was always happy to answer our questions. What I really appreciated was how relaxed and enjoyable she made the whole experience. She shared lots of interesting information without making it feel like a lecture, and you could tell she genuinely wanted us to have a good time. Thank you, Nang, for making the tour so enjoyable and memorable! We really appreciated your kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend the tour, and if you get Nang as your guide, you’re in great hands! 😊

Bad communication. Weird night.
The pickup was super unclear. We were on time and waited for 40 minutes but no one was there. Later we got to know that the guide was in the bar with some members of the group. No one called or messaged and we missed one entire stop because of this.

Missing an entire stop due to a miscommunication is not the experience we want for any of our guests. We always send clear pickup instructions 4 hours before the tour via email, which also includes a link to our group chat where guests can track our live location at all times. We're sorry if this didn't reach you in time and we'll look into what went wrong on our end to make sure this doesn't happen again. We hope to have the chance to make it up to you! :)

A fun night out
Bangkok can be very overwhelming as it's such a big and vibrant city... so it really helps booking a tour like this to figure out where to go for a fun night out. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, even as I was running late. We had a big group of lots of interesting travellers, so it was a pleasure meeting different people while getting to experience the nightlife of Bangkok:)
