Excellent Family Experience in Vietnam We had a fantastic experience with Authentic Adventures of Vietnam, who helped us create a wonderful itinerary for our family holiday. From the very beginning, Mr Son’s communication and attention to detail were excellent, and the customer service team continued to be incredibly helpful throughout our time in Vietnam. The guides in each location were knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Travelling as a family group of 11, we had specific dietary and accessibility requirements, and the team handled everything exceptionally well. The itinerary covered all the key sights while still giving us a great balance of experiences. We also appreciated how clearly everything was explained beforehand, including entrance fees, tips, exclusions and what to expect at each stage of the trip. The whole trip was very well organised and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy our time together and experience Vietnam. Thank you to the entire Authentic Adventures team for making this such a memorable family holiday. We would highly recommend Authentic Adventures of Vietnam to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam!

Excellent coordination and support and great venues with well informed guides. Perfect time of the year to travel. Loved it

A travel company that can be trusted. Very reliable. Very warm and friendly staff - with lots of smiles. They took care of me before (and especially) during my tour. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm reception I received. I was at peace knowing what will occur next. They even helped me find my lost phone!! I will use them again for my travels in Vietnam. I recommend them to everyone.

Hi, we had a wonderful travel experience with Authentic. The coordination and planning were carried out seamlessly by Tran and customer service staff. They were always prompt in communicating and assisting us for all our queries and needs. We will recommend their top-notch services. We will not hesitate to recommend Authentic to any travellers heading to Vietnam.

Authentic provided us with great service during our recent trip to Vietnam. From airport transfer to tours as well as wine and dine recommendations were all given by the amazing team who handled us. Tran and Han was super travel planners. Would recommend them for your trip to Vietnam.

I enjoyed my time in Vietnam. The sights were amazing. The Authentic Adventures tour company put together a nice schedule for me. If I had any questions, they responded very quickly.

Beautiful landscapes from North to South sometimes surprising. Discovering of a completely different way of life with a very good welcome during all the circuit.

5 of us, as a family, left from France to Vietnam. Our trip, prepared by Tran, from the Authentic adventures agency, was pure joy. During the preparation we spoke several times with the agency, always attentive and responsive. After understanding our expectations, he offered us our tour. It fulfilled all our expectations. We had attentive guides of a good standard, very careful and punctual drivers, and a varied and appropriate choice of accommodation, mixing hotels and homestays. We can only recommend Authentic adventures!!!

We did the above tour on the 4 star budget. It was fabulous, we saw so much of Vietnam in a short period of time. I could not of organized this myself. Tran from Authentic adventures was on top of everything. Transfer and tours where always on time. English speaking tours guides with personality on all tours made it very entertaining. This was exception value.

Me and my daughter had a great trip booked through Authentic. All the day trips were fun and interesting. Tran, our contact at Authentic who arranged everything was always available. No matter the time I messaged him, he was always quick with a response. The company was also good with arranging transportation, including working around flight delays for airport pickup/drop-off.
