Great Experience with Blue Water Rafting in Maui
Fabulous experience. Alex and Kinoi made sure we had a great whale watching experience. I went on 2 back to back 1,5 hourGreat experience with Blue Water Raftinng tours because I enjoyed the first one so much. A whale swam directly towards us and under the raft where I was standing. An unforgettable moment. Thank you. Worth every penny.

Highlight of our trip
This was the highlight of our trip. Captain Brandon and Dakota were so fun and energetic! They were delightfully informative and seemed genuinely committed to providing us with an unforgettable whale watching experience. I would do this again and again!!

Unforgettable Whale Watching with an Amazing Crew!
Amazing Blue Water Rafting Experience in Maui!
I had the most incredible time on the boat with Blue Water Rafting! As someone who can’t swim, I was initially nervous, but the captain and crew went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire trip.
The highlight was definitely seeing whales — I didn’t want to miss that for the world, and they made it happen! The crew's attention to safety and their overall care for all guests really made this an unforgettable experience. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Maui!

Great experience
Our preference was for a smaller craft, as opposed to the larger vessels and this was a great choice. As a small group, we were expertly guided by Captain Charlie and Co-Captain Kanoe. Beyond the thrilling experience of whale watching, revelling in the radiant sunshine and spectacular scenery, we benefited from conversations and informative insights into the behavior and biology of humpback whales. The captains regaled us with a wealth of intriguing facts and playful jokes. Complimentary beverages, including juice and water, were available throughout the excursion.

Absolutely Horrible!!!
The Captain, Charley, was horrible and drove the boat so fast we almost lost several people. He was also going very fast over some choppy waters causing the boat to slam continuously. Most of the people on the boat were older, senior citizens, and a couple of very young children. A couple of the passengers asked that he slow down, as we were all very miserable and getting injured from the "slaming" of the boat. Charley got very defensive with the passengers and headed back to the boat harbor after 30 minutes saying he was cancelling the trip due to complaints and bad weather. The weather was not that bad, and it could have been a lot more enjoyable had he not driven so fast and recklessly. I have lived here over 55 years and been on many whale watches each year, but this experience was the worst ever! He should not be in the customer service industry considering his poor attitude and careless behavior.

Don't skip this whale watch!!!
What a great company! My family gets to call Maui our home and whale season is the best! We have gone out with Blue water Rafting at least 4 times already this season and it's only the end of January. Everyone is so nice and does their best to find the best whale action for us crazy whale spectators! So convenient, right out of Kihei Boat Ramp--we used to go on another company with a catamaran, still a great company, but Blue water's zodiacs can zip you around to find that spectacular whale show so quickly! Will be going many more times this season with them!

Best day ever!
Had the best time on the whale watching tour with Scott and Angela! Seen so many whales! And Scott and Angela are super entertaining and know a lot about the whales and the island! Highly reccomend it, would do this every day if I could! Thanks guys!

Extraordinary whale watch trip
Today, a small group of us experienced an outstanding whale watch Blue Water boat tour. We were incredibly fortunate to be on board Captain Brandon's boat with his 1st mate, Angela. Both were safety conscious while displaying tons of humor. Lucky to have an exceptional interchange with a young whale who was just as curious about us as we were about him/her. He must have spent about 45 minutes with us. It was flat out amazing with the whale circling, breaching, sticking up his head to see us. Even the Captain and Angela were astonished and truly excited. Highly recommend this tour, but can't guarantee you will have our unique experience, but Brandon and Angela will do their very best.
