Chris was very personable and knowledgeable about the Lake Tahoe area and its history. The trip was made flexible to meet the needs of all and to avoid waiting in construction traffic - that was much appreciated. Everyone in my party of 3 enjoyed this tour - it enabled us to get a lay of the land and we returned to several places Chris recommended during our tour. Lunch at Tahoe House was delicious!
Great way to get acquainted with the area and see some stunning sites. Chris was a great guide and a wealth of information. We would highly recommend this as a must do.

We went on the tour with Van, he was fabulous. He was easy going, approachable, and he kept the conversation going between two sets of strangers who never met before and left as friends. He took his time with many stops during the day, and Van never made us feel rushed. We were able to explore for however long we wanted, and his choice for our lunch stop was great. He showed us some beautiful places we would not have found on our own. He was informative, and the stories were interesting and fun. We also dealt with Chris, the owner, who was also very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this informative, fun tour. Lake Tahoe is beautiful and Around Tahoe Tours highlighted the beauty of this area. As a local resident, I will be taking future guests on this tour when they visit.

This tour was the best day we had in Lake Tahoe. Van, our driver and tour guide, was amazing and full of knowledge about the area. The tour van was new and very clean. The stops we made along the way had stunning views of the lake. Our lunch stop had the best oatmeal cookies, pot pie and sandwiches. The 6 hours of touring went by so fast. We highly recommend this tour and company.
