The worst experience ever, booked 3 buggy’s cost me over £600 and when I took my kids and family we couldn’t even drive them they were faulty and kept turning off. When we spoke to manager we asked for a refund partial for time used but they refused we didn’t even get a good ride absolutely horrendous and didn’t want to support us... Wouldn’t waste my time or money with these guys be careful people!! They are very happy and friendly when taking your money but once paid they are not helpful at all!! Left both families kids stranded had 9 kids and 3 adults sun burnt with no support!! Horrible people and service!!!!

Such a fun and nice experience. Guided tour by Rashid who drove us safely through the desert. With nice stops along the way so we could take pictures. Can be highly recommended.
Rashid was my buggy guide for two hours. He knows how to ride and he knows how to glide. I recommend picking him or anyone at this location. They all make sure everyone is safe and that they handle the vehicles with caution. You won’t regret it. You’ll have a blast. It’s a great atmosphere. It’s a great desert full of trails and amazing experience.
It was such a marvelous experience! Rasheed guided us amazingly and we took some great photos in the desert. Would recommend to everyone visiting Dubai!!
Rashid was amazing, the tour is so well run and Rashid looked after us. He made our kids feel very safe. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Excellent service and would highly recommend Tiger Buggy.
