Ed was exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable about everything old and new. Ed knew his way perfectly around the city, guiding us through so many of the must-see architecture and attractions. He was flexible and easy going. He navigated us through the subway rides like a pro. Ed is friendly, laid back, and got us in to a few premier spots for a quick look, even though we didn’t have a reservations. We highly recommend Ed for your NYC tour.

Brilliant!
We loved our private walking tour and would advise anyone going to New York to do it! Edward Rothstein was a super guide, knowledgeable, friendly, interesting and helpful. He made sure we experienced the sights that we most wanted to see and yet it was a relaxing tour. He also made suggestions which greatly enhanced our enjoyment of our visit and offered help and recommendations about geting around and eating out which were invaluable. Pat & Greig McPhail

WONDERFUL!
We had such a great experience discovering the gorgeous Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO. This is our annual girls weekend to city and have explored so much in the past so we were looking for a unique tour, something new, and this was awesome. Our guide, Olga, was very knowledgeable, interesting, and adapted to our interests. Would highly recommend her as a tour guide in NYC!

A great start to any NYC Trip!
We wanted an overview of NYC to get our bearings since we'd never been here before. Ross was prompt, polite, and informative. A great way to start our trip. He got us comfortable on the subway and took us all over, and saw what we were wanting. I highly recommend Ross and this endeavor.

I booked the tour for my 60th birthday and was absolutely amazed by the amount of professionalism, flexibility, adaptability, knowledge and cheerfulness of my tour guide, Olga! What an amazing person! Prior to the tour I was sent a questionnaire where I was asked to explain my desired touring experience, from special interests, to specific places to visit, to specific information I would like to hear, to the desired pace of our walk! Absolute professionalism on behalf of the organizers! Olga was a stunning tour guide, she contacted me in advance to arrange our meeting point (she agreed to pick me up at my hotel!) and to confirm my specific interests for the tour.
On the day of the tour she had everything perfectly planned, the route, the trivia, the information, she even came prepared with alternatives in case I was tired from long walks or bored with a specific destination- an absolute professional! Olga is an aficionado foodie and she gave me lots of tips on how to get the best pizza, Italian delicacies, Chinese dim-sum or dumpling soup, and even treated me to a coffee, a slice of pizza and an authentic cannoli from the best place to buy Italian pastries, fresh pasta and groceries.
An absolutely delightful climax to an unforgettable four-hour walking tour of one of Manhattan’s most historic districts. Highly recommended!
