Our car and driver were waiting when we left the airport and we were on our way! The driver was very careful and got us to our hotel quickly. Very smooth experience all the way around. We are going to book the same car service from IAsia when we return next month. So easy and very much appreciated.

Due to the congestion during the New Year period, we had to wait about 40 minutes from the meeting point to departure, but the journey to the hotel was smooth and the driver was not reckless, which was a relief.

Car was very late and the ride to the hotel was less than pleasurable. My stomach was very upset when I arrived at the hotel. It felt like the car had no shocks.

We are not sure how the car was late as the guide met you at the meeting point and we called the car that was in the parking and this came in less than 10 minutes. I can assure you that the car is well maintained and has shock absorbers and I hope that you agree that if clients are car sick, this is no fault of our drivers or company! Please do let the driver know next time as we did ask but unfortunately this was not mentioned, Thanks for your comments, Nick
