They are very organized and think of everything. We felt safe and the boat is also very nice. We saw plenty of sea turtles and other fish too

Very fun snorkeling experience. Safety is highest priority so if you want to go out in the water make sure you know how to swim. Recommend to take motion sickness pills beforehand just in case.

Margaret, Shannon and Crash were awesome. We had a great time and saw lots of turtles! Would 100% do this tour again.

Awesome experience!! Shannon and the Captain were fun and very knowledgeable Not only did we see turtles but Shannon pulled up starfish and an octopus. She really knew her stuff Best afternoon for the cost!!

This experience was great. My family had lots of fun. Be sure to use a lot of sunscreen though! Tony and Margret were wonderful guides. Captain Krash was awesome. Would definitely recommend this swimming experience.

This is such a wonderful boat and crew, we HIGHLY recommend them for any excursion. We went on two in one day, a turtle snorkel and a sunset sail on a Friday night to see the fireworks. Both were incredible. Crash, Liza, and Mia were awesome on the snorkel adventure and stayed with us in the water making us safe while showing us the wildlife. Crash and Mia made the sunset sail so fun and comfortable that night. We even had rough seas and Crash took us into the harbor to enjoy some smooth sailing for a bit before the fireworks. It was the most enjoyable thing on our trip so far, our whole family had a great time. I can’t recommend them enough, we will 1,000% be back.

If you’re a non swimmer please DONT BOOK. Don’t waste your time and money by booking with them. I called trip advisor a day before I booked confirming if it is safe for me to do the snorkel tour even though I don’t know how to swim. They said it would be perfectly fine because the crew will be in the water with me ensuring my safety and how I will have floatation devices as well which will allow me to still enjoy snorkeling and seeing turtles in the water even though I don’t know how to swim. When I showed up the captain of the boat said the complete opposite from what TripAdvisor told me, and had told me instead that I had to stay in the boat the whole time to ensure I’m safe. He said I would be able to see turtles and marine life from the boat so I thought it wasn’t going to be as bad, but I genuinely saw 0 turtles. I requested a full refund because of my terrible experience and the false advertisement that was provided and instead I was reimbursed less than 40% of my total paid. I spoke to a trip advisor operator and they apologized for the misunderstanding on their part, but when they tried to contact the Oahu catamaran tour operator (Scott) he still denied to provide the full refund. Scott told the operator he couldn’t reimburse the full refund because the reservation was completed, but genuinely what was I supposed to do just leave? Scott also denied to speak to me while I was on the phone with the trip advisor operator. It just goes to show how unprofessional their customer service is and if I were you and you’re not a great swimmer or don’t know how to swim just take your money elsewhere and book with another snorkel tour.

Great experience! Krash did a great job explaining the safety terms and making sure we all had a good time. Tony and Margaret were great with all the beginners and younger swimmers. We saw a sting ray and of course the turtles, with plenty of turtle jokes along the way. We had a great time.

Just got back from this tour. What a great time. Easy trip to Turtle Canyon. Fish abounding and turtles everywhere. Margaret, Tony and Krash were such a pleasure to be around. Cannot recommend this couple of hours highly enough. PS, if you sold merch, especially those crew T shirts, I would have bought one. Thanks again for a great morning.

So much fun. Might want to bring a go pro! & make sure you know how to swim! Saw so many turtles & shannon even caught a octopus to show us. Was very gentle & even took him home.
