Such a relaxing experience! The staff are super friendly and kind and the treatment was amazing. Time went so quickly! But I came out feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated.

Relaxing
This was the best head/scalp cleanse and facial I had in Hue, I’d tried a few hair washing spas around but this one was definitely the best. My looks lush, I’m super happy with how I felt afterwards and how my hair looked. I also had a 75min herbal massage, 10/10 recommend - full body massage. Was very relaxing, they used oils and heated aroma therapy (instead of stones for me). I had a medium pressure which was just right.

Massage with drunk people
After we start they bring 2 local drunk man in the same room for a massage without closing curtains. My son was terrified.
事業者からの返答
The spa would like to sincerely thank you for visiting and experiencing our services. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. First of all, we would like to offer our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused by noise from two other guests sharing the same shampoo service room with you. As our spa is designed as a shared space without fully private rooms, each bed is equipped with curtains to ensure customer privacy. However, in your case, our staff neglected to keep the curtain drawn throughout the service process—this was a serious oversight. After receiving your feedback, we have immediately reviewed and corrected our service procedures. Once again, we sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a better experience.
