This is a very efficient tour to see many of the most popular stops in Kyoto. In order to see all the most famous attractions you probably need at least a few days but with only one day this is a great option. Our guide Taka was outstanding and made for an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. I highly recommend this tour

Yoshi was my guide. He contributed to make my day in Kyoto truly memorable! He was very caring, thoughtful, kind and fun, beside being very knowledgeable and thorough about the history and cultural background of all the places we visited. I would book another tour in a heartbeat and I can’t recommend him and this tour enough 🙂! It was easy to meet up, get around between taxi (and Yoshi took good care of calling them), trains and buses. We didn’t really have to wait for the admission at any of the places we were going to visit. Lunch was excellent and overall Yoshi was very considerate and attentive. Although I indulged in taking several pictures, we made it good in time throughout the tour. It really felt like spending the day with a local friend ☺️
Mailan was excellent in every way possible. She showed us the best of Kyoto in a day since we were short on time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, engaging, informative tour guide for Kyoto. She is the best of the best!!
Yoshi Naga made this day in Kyoto definitely memorable for me and my family. He welcomed us kindly and throughout the day he managed to share with us his passion and dedication to his culture . His kindness and attention to details definitely stood out and made a difference in this experience. He is and incredibly kind and patient and I would definitely recommend him as guide for your day in Kyoto.

Mailan gave us an excellent tour and provided some great history lessons at each stopping point. She was so knowledgable and friendly and brought to an excellent lunch spot. I would highly recommend!
Taka was a great guide and provided us with an exceptional experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodated all our needs to efficiently cover many important sites despite the grueling heat on the day of our tour.
Yoshi did a wonderful job, and we greatly enjoyed our time with him and the knowledge he shared with us.
We had an amazing tour of Kyoto with Akiko. Our entire family really enjoyed the experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the entire day. She took us to so many incredible spots, and we were able to see much more of Kyoto than we ever thought possible in one day. We really appreciated how smoothly she guided us and how much we were able to experience without ever feeling rushed. Akiko also took lots of great pictures of our family along the way, which we really appreciated. She made everything easy, enjoyable, and memorable. We learned so much and had a wonderful time exploring Kyoto with her. We would absolutely recommend Akiko to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you for an amazing day and a great experience for our family!
