This tour is special because you get a chance to see something unique and different from other tours. We went to an old fashioned candy shop, and I'd never seen a lot of those candies before- it was fun to choose some and try them. I really enjoyed going to the old samurai house; the house itself is beautiful and I learned a lot about Japanese design and the history of the area. It was so cool to see drawings of the house from 200 years ago and imagine what life was like then. This tour experience was calm, uncrowded, interesting, and authentic. I really recommend it to people who want to learn more about Japanese culture.
It was a nice and informative tour in Kaitaichi! I had a lot of fun and learned much about the town and its history. It was a part of Japan I had not seen before. I especially liked the little sweets shop we visited; the old owner was almost as sweet as the goods he sells. The guide was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently! Thank you again! :) I am really glad I had the chance to take part in an experience like that! Thanks for having me! ^_^ It was a very nice and informative tour through Kaitaichi. I had a lot of fun and was able to learn quite a bit about the place and its history. It was a part of Japan that I had not known before. Especially the corner store has stuck in my memory. The old lady in it was almost as sweet as the candies she sold. The guide was also very kind and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions.
