Wow! Paolo went above and beyond before, during, and after our time together. From his kind, soft-spoken nature to his eloquent personality - we felt so comfortable with Paolo from the very start. We had a fantastic time on this tour! Our guide Paolo was great! He was so personable and knowledgeable about the city and all of the venues we visited and food we tasted. He took us to favorite spots for locals and we loved everything we ate. He taught us so much about the city and the culture. My teenage daughter loved the tour too! Def worth doing this tour in Florence!

Paolo was the perfect tour guide. He knew a half-dozen incredible local spots, gave great information about food culture and Florence in general, got all of us on the tour to know each other a little better, and even connected us with other activities. I highly recommend you take part in this tour, and make sure you stick around for the *official* best gelato in town at the end. One of our favorite activities of the whole trip.

We were two couples on the trip from Canada. Valentina was our guide and she was excellent! She was a local with her entire family located in the Tuscan region going back for many generations. Loved the mix of historical knowledge and local food varieties. Nice focus on local Florentine cuisine. Highly recommend. A special thanks to Valentina for a special day.
