We booked blade at the suggestion of BILT and booked our entire trip around this service. On the way, no issues. Our plane was delayed, but they took care of everything. We communicated via text as they asked. On the way back, despite upgrading to FLEX, our uber driver got lost. We communicated with Blade on their preferred texting numbers without response. We started this process 20min prior to arrival time. All documented via text. When we arrived we were told we had not communicated correctly, despite THEIR text messaging asking us to text that number. We texted both numbers to make sure that we kept everyone updated. To rebook I had to pay an ADDITIONAL fee (in addition to the flex I had already paid) because I did not notify them the way they prefer even though they did not say how to do this. Their messaging clearly says to text if we had a problem, it turns out, they want you to change in the app (reasonable), but do not instruct you to do so. We showed them all of the early communication on our part, the company message to us telling us to text. I will absolutely never utilize this service ever again. Worst customer service. Lies about paying extra for flexibility. Clearly misleading messaging from their text service. As a business owner, customers deserve clear communication and instruction. Especially if you are going to advertise yourself as accessible.

Helicopter company blade had no idea or recognise our booking via the booking service Viacom and was left without the package experience I had paid for.

Blade's professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout the entire experience. As soon as we landed at Newark Airport, there was someone waiting for us to take our bags and offer us complimentary drinks leaving a lasting impression. Blade's helicopter service surpassed all my expectations, offering a luxurious and hassle-free travel experience. I look forward to flying with Blade again and will highly recommend their services to others.

The staff was great and super friendly! I went on the tour with a friend and we both had an absolute blast. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and adventurous time. 🚁
