湖 自然 山 地元の食べ物 ランタン渓谷に向かうこの適度で短いトレッキングは、チベット・ビルマ語を話すタマン族の文化と伝統を探求し、そのルーツをチベット仏教の形式を実践しているチベットにまでさかのぼる機会を提供します。高く孤立した地域の一連のタマン村を通り過ぎて、8月の満月祭の間に何千人ものヒンズー教の巡礼者が湖を訪れるゴサイクンダの神聖な高山湖に到達します。
