My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Nishan and our driver Chathu! Nishan was so responsive with communication in planning our trip and checking in throughout. And Chathu made our travels very comfortable and was so courteous. Our trip to Sri Lanka was very smooth and enjoyable and we are so thankful for Nishan and Chathu on bringing this trip to life!
We are spending three weeks in Sri Lanka, including 10 days with a private driver organized by Sunny Ceylon, then 6 days in an apartment in Nilaveli that Nishan recommended to us. We could not have dreamed of a better experience. From the very beginning of planning our trip, Nishan showed remarkable patience and professionalism. We changed our itinerary several times, but he always remained available, attentive, and gave very good advice. Upon our arrival in Sri Lanka, he even came to greet us personally at the airport with our driver. This gesture touched us deeply and immediately put us at ease. Throughout our stay, Nishan regularly checked in on us to ensure that everything was going perfectly. This personalized follow-up is a testament to his reliability and dedication. Nishan also recommended an apartment in Nilaveli for the rest of our stay. Even though our trip is not over yet, we can already recommend Sunny Ceylon with our eyes closed.
