It is by and large a very nice hotel in an absolute prime location on an island in the Nile in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's not the first time I've been here. However, this time I have to say that after renovation of the restaurant, there is not a good climate. If you enter the restaurant, the air conditioning is comparable to a freezer. Also the acoustics are very loud from the air conditioning over the music played. The food wasn't exactly the big deal either. I have already enjoyed much better meals in equivalent hotels and also at Pyramisa. The room was so far OK, except for the light switch. There was only one that could not be operated from bed, so you had to get up to switch off and then tap into bed in the dark. I then used a mobile phone flashlight for it. However, I can only praise the staff! From the reception, to luggage service, room cleaning, restaurant and bar staff and pool crew are all very friendly and helpful.

Best company to travel with. Always a pleasant experience. They are professional people.their guides and drivers are experienced and well versed with northern areas. Theirs vehicles are in best condition so journey was very smooth.👌👌
