A brilliant walking tour of Barnet with Sam! Had a wonderful time yesterday around Totteridge, learning so much about the stories - over many centuries - that have made the place what it is today. Packed full of fun facts (the oldest tree in London being in St Andrew Totteridge being a favourite!) and delivered with great enthusiasm and panache! Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Secrets and Symbols London City
We had the pleasure of joining Sam's guided tour, "Secrets and Symbols of London City," and it was an outstanding experience.
The tour was both highly informative and genuinely fascinating. Sam's extensive knowledge, engaging storytelling, and enthusiasm brought London's rich history, hidden symbols, and lesser-known stories to life. We discovered many places and details that we would have completely overlooked on our own.
The visit exceeded our expectations and was truly enriching from start to finish. Sam created the perfect balance between historical facts, intriguing anecdotes, and local insights, making the tour enjoyable for everyone in our group.
We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore a different side of London and gain a deeper understanding of the City's history and heritage.
Thank you, Sam, for a memorable and enriching experience!

Excellent walking tour of fascinating subject.
Very interesting walk and talk on the history and achievements of the Fabians. Saw a range of items and places with relevance to the founders and history.
Guide was very knowledge, friendly and spoke clearly. When it rained for a while, he was considerate about having a break. Included the knowledge of others in the group.
Very enjoyable

Fabian Society tour of central London was fascinating!
A friend invited me to Sam's tour of central London. Lasting two hours, it was absolutely fascinating and he clearly knew his stuff! It was focused on the Fabian Society, which I enjoyed learning about. So did the other 10 people on the walk. Thank you, Sam!

Lovely exploration of city green spaces
I enjoyed my green walk with Sam despite being one of the hottest days in London! He was an excellent tour guide - informative and engaging. We visited green spaces I had never heard of. Next time I have visitors I will recommend him.

Excellent way to discover the City's green spaces
I did two walks on very hot days which took us through the green spaces dotted around the City. Plenty of shade and ability to sit, which was extremely welcome. Our guide Sam was friendly, knowledgable and showed many interesting spaces, running over tome both days to fit everything in and ensure we got a good experience. I'd definitely recommend Sam and his walks and hope to do more in future.

Wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide
What a fantastic trip through the green spaces of London, piecing together pockets of public space with different histories and purposes. I loved that Sam welcomed input from the group, to share with each other and to add to his own plethora of knowledge! He encouraged us to look up and look down, at the buildings surrounding us all the way down to the details of the pavement and gardens, talking about the infrastructure beneath our feet too. He kept the group moving but we never felt rushed so we were able to fit a lot in to a couple of hours.

A new twist on the Jewish East End
I thought this was going to be very much like some other East End tours I had undertaken previously. However, this was completely different, taking us to new and unfamiliar places and providing new and interesting angles on their history. It was a complete surprise and revelation and Sam is certainly a most knowledgeable and gifted guide.
