Had a great time exploring Tallinn with Herrmann. Small group of fellow travelers and a day where the weather got progressively better. It was a good mix of local and regional history and how the past helped shape present day Tallinn. The setting (mostly in the old and upper town areas) were lovely for looks and charm. Herrmann was very knowledgable and amenable to lots of questions. An all in all good time. Highly recommend.

Hermann was our tour guide
Hermann was our tour guide and did an absolutely fantastic job! He is a native Estonian and gave us an accurate perspective of Tallinn, not only today, but what it was like under Russian rule until 1991. I highly recommend this tour, and if you're lucky enough to get Hermann as your guide, you will enjoy this tour immensely!

Terrific Tallinn
It takes you through the old and new town and shows the incorporation of both architectures. The knowledge of our guide was excellent and very informative telling us much about the medieval history through to modern days.

Herrman is a very...
Herrman is a very knowledgeable guide. Provides a lot of history about Tallinn and Estonia. In addition to sights in old town he took us to modern area outside the old town which was amazing and which we would never visit if not for this tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Herman was outstanding!
Herman was an outstanding guide. His informative and entertaining manner was well received and he covered all questions with super knowledge and insights about Tallin and Estonia. With my poor hearing, I really appreciated his enunciation and strong voice and excellent English.

Hermann went above and beyond to create a phenomenal educational tour
Extensive, educational, individual walking tour by an experienced, knowledgable guide. Hermann was in the top 1% of all guides I have had. His depth of knowledge, willingness to share detailed historical and cultural insights, and lived experience through the drastic changes in Estonia over the past several decades made this a tour to remember. Old town discovery
Our guide Katre was excellent and so knowledgeable. She explained and took us to all the key points in the old town and nothing was rushed. Small group definitely a way too go. Great experience

Great walking tour of Tallinn
Our guide, Herman, was fantastic. He shared so much information about Estonian history and culture, as we walked through the various areas of Tallinn, including the seaport, upper old town, and lower old town. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend this tour. Do it upon your arrival in Tallinn, and you will have an overview that will allow you to self-guide the rest of your visit.
