The shuttle never showed up for us in Cancun. We were so disappointed. We had to make other arrangements. Extremely Upsetting.
Jesus was great!! Communication once we landed at thr airport was very helpful. We really enjoyed our transport with Jesus and the conversations. Would highly recommend!

Our flight was delayed, but I informed Vaiator ahead of time. When we arrived, there's no there to pick me us up. We had a difficult time contacted the representative.
Jesus was so friendly and waited patiently for us as the luggage took a while to get. I would highly recommend!
Our shuttle driver communicated with us regarding the pick up area, sent a picture to help us locate him. He was kind, attentive, helpful. Made getting to our hotel after a long flight a breeze.
Jesus was a lovely person and we enjoyed talking with and practicing our Spanish with him… though he spoke English, too! He was there when we came out and got us to where we needed to go.

A little hectic to find the driver but that’s expected with the volume of people. But the instructions were great and Jesus the driver was beyond excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and safe driver. Would use them again.
Waited 30 minutes for my driver. The manager said if I didn’t want to wait I could take a taxi! What’s the point of paying in advance for a private transfer if you have to wait 30 minutes for the driver to come get you. Do not book here!
We are very sorry for your bad time at the airport. The terrible traffic at Christmas is not in our hands. That's why it was suggested to take a taxi. You didn't take a taxi because it was the same situation. There was no taxi, everyone was in traffic. This situation could have happened to you if you had booked with another company.
