Both the tour guide and the driver were very knowledgeable and came with great humor. They explained things well and answered all our questions. They were both lovely and friendly. We had a blast and a really good time. 1 guest isn't much of a tourist person but she loved it and my 13year old son found it very interesting. Very pleased with the experience and highly recommend. We had a fantastic time on this advertised half day trip which actually turned out to be nearly a full day, Our tour guide, Ramadan, was very knowledgeable and did everything to make the tour very enjoyable. For £30 each, we got the tour with lunch included. Amazing value.
Very good tour. Smooth pickup from the cruise terminal and great communication in advance on Whatsapp. Saw so much and enjoyed the free time we had at the Spice souk and Gold souk. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I really enjoyed this excursion. My tour guide was an amazing Cameroonian gentleman by the name of FRANCIS. Francis came to the UAE 8 years ago, and could only say "Good morning"in English as French was his native tongue, but he has carved a life out for himself in the UAE, and is now fluent in English, Hindi, and semi fluent in Arabic, so there was no language barrier on this tour. Francis and his driver picked me up on time. Along with all the other passengers in my group, we passed by all the key landmarks of Dubai. Francis was patient, kind, and funny, and took hundreds of pictures for all the people on the tour. Please note that this tour does NOT include entry to Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa or Museum of the Future, but rather provides photo opportunities in front of these landmarks. Francis took some amazing photographs on our smartphones. We took a ride on an abra, and visited the spice market in old Dubai and the Gold Souq. Francis helped me haggle in the markets to buy souvenir t-shirts. I feel that the tour was spaced out well, and we were provided with bottles of water due to the heat. I can't recommend this tour highly enough, and if you are lucky enough to get Francis as your guide, you won't regret it 🇦🇪🇨🇲
Only down side of the tour, it didn't bring us down by the water front beach, out by the palm jumeirah, also at times it was a bit rushed, especially at the end of the tour. But over all good price for the tour.

It was a great day. The tour is very complete, with the main stops at the sights of the city. The guide Abdul is very friendly. The price is competitive and includes transfer from the hotel, guide, tours, water and also a snack at lunch. The best choice for a day full of discoveries.
The tour was well organized and our guide Francis was excellent. He was kind and knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories Unfortunately there were some very irritating tourists in our group causing long delays. Respect to Francis how he dealt with these individuals.
