My wife recommended Neel for our 10-day tour of Sri Lanka, and I’m very glad we booked with him. The trip was fantastic from start to finish, but what truly made it special was our driver and guide, Jinoy. Jinoy was simply outstanding. He was always punctual, professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with during the long drives between destinations. What impressed us most was how knowledgeable he was, not only about the history and culture of the places we visited, but also about local life, food, wildlife, and hidden gems that most tourists would never discover. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Rather than following a rigid itinerary, he was incredibly flexible and adapted the trip to our interests and pace. Wherever we went, he always had great suggestions, interesting stories, or additional places worth seeing. Throughout the trip, Jinoy was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making our holiday memorable. By the end of the tour, he felt less like a driver and more like a friend showing us his country. I cannot recommend Jinoy highly enough. If you are planning a tour in Sri Lanka, you will be very lucky to have him as your guide. He truly made an amazing trip even better.

This is my 2nd time booking with Sri Shannon, first time was with Neel in 2018 with my mom and it was an absolute dream. He made every part of the trip memorable and comfortable for an old woman as well. This time with Jinoy for my anniversary in 2026 and hes no different than Neel, an absolute professional and we feel like we were with a friend on a roadtrip not just a guide! Neel has been great from our first contact when arranging our holiday. He was recommended to us by a friend, and it’s the best decision we made with regards to travelling around Sri Lanka. He always responds very quickly, is always on time, and has given us some great experiences based on his local knowledge. Booked direct with neel just myself and my wife travelling ( he was recommended by our daughter who used him last year ) although we had an itinerary he enhanced it by 100% his knowledge is 2nd to none, taking us on route to places and meeting people who we would never have been able to do on our own. We always felt safe in the knowledge that he was with us, It never felt intrusive having someone else with us & when we did spend time together it was like having a great friend around, ( that is what I would call him now not a driver or guide but a friend ) When we go back and we will he is the first person we will be booking with. But also asking him to sort out our accommodation we had a couple of places that weren’t great that we booked ourselves but he knew of all the good places and can get better deals than we could. We had the most amazing time. Our driver Neel was just the best. He stayed with us throughout the entire trip and was always on hand and happy to take us wherever we wanted to go. He recommended loads of places that we would never have found on our own. It was truly an amazing holiday and have have already recommended Neel To a friend who is going to Sri Lanka soon.

I can say that Janni was not only a fantastic driver, punctual, prudent, kind, with a calm soul, always available, but also an uncle and a friend! We crossed Sri Lanka far and wide, told endless anecdotes about its culture, helped find special souvenirs, and kept away from tourist traps. The van was also very comfortable. I am in general a bit of a difficult customer but Janni was really impeccable on all fronts! Book now!
