Beautiful scenery, great tour guide who was very knowledgeable. Fun day even though it was a long day.

It's a long trip but worth it. Daniel was a fun, knowledgeable guide who managed the trip well so that we got to make the most of every minute. Thank you Daniel.

I enjoyed the day with beautiful views! We had good weather so that helped too. Daniel was very informative and made sure he didn’t leave people behind at each stop- even though some people were so late (like 20 min)! We saw a koala in nature as well as some kangaroos in nature as well. If I could advise the company- I would omit the animal park if possible. It’s too quick of a stop to enjoy anyway and it just took away from time in the other places.

Never happened for us as we were never picked up from destination. Seems we weren’t on the list ! Very disappointed🤨

This tour was beautiful with many incredible sites along the way! The 12 apostles and London bridge were my favorite.

Long day but everything went very smoothly. Incredible scenery. Great and very competent driver. Stops were well timed however there was one very long stretch without bathroom stop. Lines at women’s bathrooms were very long

A beautiful drive. Our driver was Philip Cheng and he did an outstanding job of keeping us informed a d entertained. He went the extra mile to make sure we saw wildlife in addition to the stunning views.

The tour and sights were fantastic, better than we'd hoped for. Philip the guide was awesome. It was a long day but worth it.

The worst touring experience of my life. Though the location was confirmed 3 times via email and I showed up at the predesignated spot, the driver never showed up. He called and yelled me if I was coming to another spot and when I calmly tried to tell him that I was waiting at the next stop he hung up on me and don’t answer any of my other calls. I then contacted the tour provider who never answered. This was my one day I could make this trip. Do not book this trip!!!!!!

Do not book with this company. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We had a tour booked for Friday 9th January, however we were unable to see the main highlights of the trip because the national parks were closed. I understand that unexpected closures can happen, and if notice had only been given on the day, I would have been disappointed but understanding. However, notice of the park closures was published on the state government website on Thursday, the day before our tour. Additionally, when we arrived at the park, the police officer turning us away informed our driver that all tour companies had been emailed notice of the closures in advance. Despite this, the company failed to notify us prior to the tour. Had we been informed, we would have gladly rescheduled or cancelled, as the full itinerary could not be completed. Instead, we were driven over 300km knowing the main attractions were inaccessible. When I raised this issue and requested a refund, the company claimed they had no knowledge of the closure and said there was “no evidence,” despite screenshots being available. Even if they somehow missed the email, it is extremely irresponsible for a tour company not to check park conditions before operating. This situation shows poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend booking with this company.
