-このバンは、チェックインバッグ6個と機内持ち込みバッグ4個で、最大10人の旅行者が乗れます。 -IAH空港からのピックアップの場合は、当社の運転手が到着ターミナル内でお迎えいたします。ガルベストンのクルーズターミナルからのピックアップの場合は、クルーズターミナルのピックアップエリアからお迎えいたします。 -ヒューストンのホテルからガルベストンへのピックアップの場合、車を持つ私たちの運転手は、割り当てられたピックアップ時間にホテルの入り口にいます。 -旅行者をピックアップし、ヒューストンからガルベストン、またはガルベストンからヒューストンへの輸送サービスを開始します。 -船内に水があります。 -リクエストや好みに応じて、ローカルラジオを楽しめます。 -運転手が予約した目的地に到着します。ガルベストンのクルーズターミナルか、ガルベストンのホテルのいずれかで、荷物を持ってお客様を降ろします。 -所要時間は渋滞なしで約70分です。交通状況やその日の気象条件、到着時刻、保安検査場や税関ゲートを出る時間によっても異なります。 ・料金は10PAXまでのVAN1台あたりの双方向送迎サービスの料金です。 -座席には手荷物容量にご注意ください。チェックインや機内持ち込みのバッグは入れません。 -旅行者とショートメッセージまたはWhatsApp/Eメール（海外からの旅行者向け）でつながります。 -スムーズで快適なサービスを提供できるよう最善を尽くしております。 そのため、IAH空港からのピックアップの場合は到着便の航空会社と便名、リードとなる旅行名、携帯電話番号、メールアドレス、旅行代理店のメールアドレス（あれば）が必要です。 -何らかの理由で担当車両がお客様のお迎え時間に追いつけない場合、車両のアップグレードや大型バス、または同じ定員の車両を複数台使用してサービスを行う場合がございます。

Incredible service! We had booked with a travel agent and didn’t realize that they had selected the wrong date until our travel day already started. I called in a panic, they were able to honor our transportation plans, upgraded our vehicle in order to make it all work out (at no additional charge) when it was not their fault. Vehicle was beautiful and clean, the driver was professional. Very highly recommended!!

The shuttle was very clean and the driver was timely and got us to our destination and back safely. He even maneuvered through traffic nicely.
