When I first got on, I was like oh I can't do this within a couple of minutes and well before we left on our tour, I was completely comfortable on the machine. We did this yesterday and we still are talking about how much fun we had . Very entertaining and I think a great value.
We took the one hour Segway tour with Emmett. Emett made sure that we were comfortable on the segways before taking us out. He did a fantastic job of narrating the tour and pointing out landmarks and other points of interest. We were also appreciative that Emmett made sure that our son had a good time. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Our captain, Jay, was exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly considerate and cautious, making sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire tour. His guidance through Boston was top‑tier — full of fascinating historical facts, local insights, and great energy. Good 1 hour tour. Captain J was a good guide and was concerned for the safety of the group. He made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed the tour. There was a radio to be able to hear the commentary which was very useful. It was a very hot day which is why we chose the 1 hour tour instead of the 2 hour tour.
Amazing experience! Kevin was amazing tour guide and had so much fun an interesting information to share. Highly recommend!
