Life best experience worth spending money.
Amazing experience. It cost 400 azn for our 4 family persons 100 each. Its was 12 hours trip
9am pickup 9:30 pm drop off. Great atmosphere. It was 11 people group. Staff was amazing the tour guide ELVIN he was best ask for him. Best for every tour.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with VIATOR because they work with scammers in Baku.
I didn't go on the trip because the company tried to cheat me and sent me a driver on a trip I didn't want and didn't book.

Our trip was cancelled by...
Our trip was cancelled by your operator at the last moment inly a night before that too around 8 pm . We had no clue . We also had to reach out to various viator contact to ask for the refund . Still waiting for the refund !not a good experience . Please let me know abput my refund amount

Thank you for your feedback. It is standard practice to notify you of tour cancellations due to weather conditions or insufficient tour participants. We offered you the option of going a day later, and you agreed. Why didn't you mention this? Then, for some reason, you changed your mind and asked to cancel the tour. We immediately cancelled it and refunded you the full amount for the tour. Since this platform process takes 3-5 days, the money was not returned immediately, and you decided to write this review without knowing the whole truth. I wonder, when the money was on your card, how did you feel at that moment? In any case, thank you for your review.

I had an amazing time....
I had an amazing time. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to see all the highlights without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Riyadh was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable.

Bad experience
It is my first time that i book a trip that made feel terribly uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy my time to explore the places that we have been visiting, it was like get the bus take pictures get back again,, was a rush all the day the trip supposed to be 12 hours we arrived to our hotel after 16 hours!! My foot got swallowed from the exhaustion , my mother got sick after this trip , plus to that places that have been added in the trip must be separated into two different trips you can not visit them all in once that was a mistake, you won’t enjoy them when you arrive just taking pictures is something I didn’t pay for , but I preferred to stayed little longer and shortage the trip timing i guess it will be more relaxing and fun , after all i do not recommend this trip if this is the way the guide will continue to participate , it doesn’t worth your money at all it will come to your health

Gabala trip
The major attraction of the trip was out guide Riad.I would say his conversations on azerbaijans history and culture is the highlight of the tour. The long drive was good, and the food was great.

Impressions about the trip to Azerbaijan are the best.
Thank you for the trip to Shamakhi and Gabala. Wonderful atmosphere, very cordial people. We would especially like to note the detailed stories and explanations of our guide Anar, with many details about the history and customs of the country, as well as about modern life. The places we visited were worth seeing. Lunch near lake was very impressive.

Gabala trip
Trip was good . But towards the end , guide made an unscheduled stop at the souvenir shop , that wasted time ( almost 30-45min) and we got to the waterfall way after dark so we couldn’t see anything . Also , our booking said pick up and drop off at hotel , but since it got late coming back to Baku we were asked to all get off at the main pick up point rather than dropping us back to the hotel as it was promised in the booking . Overall ok but depends if you want a 500 Km ( 8.5 hours ) drive to see a mosque , mountains and dark waterfall .

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the tour as a whole. We don't usually stop at souvenir shops on our tours unless the guests ask for it. In this case, one of the tourists corrected the stop at the souvenir shop and it took 15-20 minutes to complete the whole thing. We apologise for the delay of the tour. But because of the road that is being repaired in this direction takes a lot of time to get there, and when it is winter time it gets dark earlier than usual. All these factors influenced the fact that you reached the waterfall in the dark. Drop off in this tour is not included in the price. In spite of this, after the tour guides will help you to call a taxi to get to the hotel.

Great natural sight, a must visit Gabala
Our tour guide named Amin was one of the kindest gentleman I have ever met . He took care of us esp my 5ys old child very lovingly. Whole day was wonderful
