The day tour was wonderful. It was really nice to see how coffee is made and spending time in the hot springs was also very enjoyable. Our guide Elia was very friendly and helpful. He was punctual and the whole trip was wonderful.

My girlfriend and I spent the day visiting Materuni waterfalls and coffee tour it was one of the best experiences of our trip. The walk through the village and amidst the greenery was very peaceful, and our local guide made the experience even more meaningful by telling us interesting stories about the culture, coffee farming, and daily life there. Our guide was friendly, patient, and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. The moment we reached the falls was unforgettable, as the sound of the water and the surrounding forest created a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized by Kibo Mawenzi Safaris we really enjoyed from beginning to end.

Our family spent an unforgettable day exploring Materuni Waterfall, joining the traditional coffee tour, and relaxing at Chemka Hot Springs. Every part of the experience felt authentic and enjoyable. The Kibo Mawenzi Safaris team was responsible and everything was perfectly organized. The experience of learning about the local heritage while enjoying freshly brewed coffee made the whole thing personal and meaningful. The Chemka Hot Springs were a wonderful place to end the day. The experience of swimming in the naturally clear water amidst the large trees created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Every member of our family enjoyed different aspects of this trip, making it a perfect choice for travelers of all ages.

We had an amazing time in this excursion! Our guides were amazing. Michael was really helpful and he was very knowledgeable about everything. He would provide us with facts, talk about the culture of the place and show us different things during the tour. He was also really helpful with elder members of the group during the hike up to the waterfall. The waterfall itself was amazing, the views was great and the hike was really fun. We then went to the coffee farm where we learned about how the local coffee is made and then we got involved in making our own coffee! The experience was also fun as they sang songs, did a little ritual and the coffee boys took our phones to take pictures and video so we could just enjoy the experience! We also had an amazing lunch there too. The springs was also really nice and really fun. Overall the experience was very good and I’d highly recommend it!

The view of the powerful waterfall in the middle of nature was breathtaking. One of our favorite parts was the coffee experience, where we learned every step from the coffee bean to the cup. The local hosts were hospitable and lively, and they made the experience educational and entertaining. The Chemka hot springs were a perfect end to the day. We would absolutely recommend this peaceful and enjoyable authentic day.

The waterfall was beautiful and peaceful, an ideal place to stop and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The coffee tour was equally memorable. We were fascinated to see how everything is done traditionally and to be a part of the process. The whole thing was extraordinary and a first for us. Our Materuni Waterfall & Coffee Tour with Kibo Mawenzi Safaris was absolutely amazing. Kibo Mawenzi peacefully organized everything. Our guide Elia was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with our children. The coffee-making session was interactive and fun, giving us a real taste of Tanzanian traditions. We loved the cultural experience, which was amazing.

Our family's full day exploring was a perfect and very peaceful journey in Materuni Waterfall and coffee tour with Kibo Mawenzi. Elia was a really special guide for us, he was very helpful and friendly. He explained Tanzanian cultural. We tasted the raw coffee and witnessed the making process. We did this activity with Issah the professional guide. It was amazing. We started from Arusha to Materuni for around a little over 2 hours, but talking with Issah time passed really quickly. The materuni waterfalls were really pretty and Issah proved to be a good guide, we then shared with another group a very good lunch and learned a lot about coffee making, it was fun and entertaining, we really had the best time with Kibo Mawenzi Safaris.
