Amy was fantastic. She was so sweet and accommodating. Her English was great but we ended up doing a good portion of the tour in Chinese, giving us a chance to practice. Whatever we didn’t understand Amy translated into English for us. She gave us plenty of information on the Avatar mountains and took us to all the best viewing spots. She also made sure we got front row to the Bailong elevator and always told us which side of the shuttle bus to sit on for the best views. Amy was very sweet and engaging with my 12 year old daughter, which I appreciated, and she was accommodating whenever we wanted to stop to shop or get any snacks. Amy made the day momentous and easy. Make sure you book this tour and ask for Amy!

Jenny is exceptionally good. She did a great job of taking us around and explaining everything in detail. Would highly recommend her to our friends and family. Above all she is a wonderful, kind hearted and extremely helpful girl. She is an asset to her company.

We went on our tour with Coco. She was very knowledgeable about the ZhangJiaJie National Park and showed us all the best spots. It was quite a gloomy day when we went, but we still got to see a lot of the mountains because of Coco's expertise :) I would highly recommend her!

We had an amazing private tour of Zhangjiajie with our guide Max. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Max planned the itinerary perfectly, helping us avoid crowds and showing us the most stunning viewpoints, including Avatar Mountain and the glass bridge. His passion and friendly personality made the experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Very well organized experience. Coco, our guide, helped us to organize the entire day accommodating all our requests even outside the tour description. She explained many aspects of all the attractions in a perfect English which is not very common in China. Highly recommended. She has been very kind and she even helped us with the check in of our flight back.

I recently booked a one-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Park, but since I had only one day in ZJJ, I wanted to include Tianmen Mountain and the cave as well. Andy promptly responded to my request and customised the tour to fit my needs perfectly. I was conveniently picked up and dropped off at my hotel, which made the experience seamless. My guide, Winnie, was absolutely fantastic! Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and she truly understood my desire to make the most of our day. She provided just the right amount of information about each site without overwhelming me. I highly recommend the VIP express pass for Tianmen Mountain—it was definitely worth the extra 100 Yuan, as the standard line was about three hours long! We enjoyed a delicious local lunch in the mountains, and Winnie was generous enough to share snacks and water that she had brought along. Her English was excellent, and we shared many laughs throughout the day, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Thanks to Winnie, my visit to Zhangjiajie was incredibly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour group for anyone looking to explore the area. You won’t be disappointed!

The views were amazing! We took plenty of pictures and learned a lot about the history of the place. Also great for someone who hasn’t seen avatar.
