Jacky (Chang) Li was fabulous. He just organised our day for us and off we went. He had great “Chenglish” and was so helpful with getting us to the right place and where to meet afterwards. There are not a lot of English speaking residents in the Guilin-Yangshuo-Xing Ping area, but we had a blast! Thanks Jacky…maybe you could stop the rain next time? ☺️

Great communication from Charles from the start. We managed to go to the places we wanted to visit and he made other great suggestions. Charles also organised tickets and pickup and drop off at the train station. Due to weather changes we had to change the itinerary slightly but Charles was quick at communicating with us. The restaurant he recommended was great especially the bamboo rice and chicken. The driver was on time and car was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend.

We booked an English speaking driver to enable us to make the most of our time in Guilin. Our driver was Peter and he helped us to explore areas a little outside of the city, that would have been challenging to reach on our own. We visited Yaoshan mountain, Daxu ancient town and Reid Flute Cave. His advice on the order that we should visit these places was spot on! We were amongst the first visitors at Yaoshan, so we almost had the place to ourselves - by the time we left, it was full of tour groups. We seemed to avoid the crowds throughout the day. Pete helped us book tickets and generally smoothed the way - removing the stress of navigating booking systems that are mostly in Mandarin. At lunch he took us to a local’s cafe serving some of the best noodle dishes I have ever had. We would never have tried such a place on our own. Was it worthwhile? Absolutely !The service from start to finish was excellent. Our booking was acknowledged within minutes and we were kept updated throughout. Peter was incredibly helpful, a safe driver and his English was clearly understandable. We would definitely use again.

Upon booking, Charles was responsive and helpful in providing suggestions for our tour. On the day, the rice terrace tour was very enjoyable and our guide, Audrey was a very kind and friendly guide. She accommodated our requirements and was very helpful understanding when my baby vomited during the car ride back. Overall, I would recommend the team!

The tour was really nice, it catered to whatever we wanted to do and where we wanted to go, and the tour guide gave us great recommendations. Jenny is a really good and cheerful tour guide, we enjoyed our time throughout the day!

We had a wonderful day. The guide Jenny was a perfect guide. She is a friendly and happy person. The driver is very good too.

We had a fantastic day with Mike, he was a delight to spend the day with. We took the bamboo raft which was spectacular, then xianggong mountain, Fuli bridge and moon hill. We went for a delicious lunch of beer fish and he then very kindly took us to see the view of the mountains depicted on the back of the 20 yuan notes before dropping us at Yuangshuo train station to catch our train. Brilliant day. Many thanks 😊

We had an amazing tour in Yangshuo along the Li River and would like to give special praise to our guide, Peter. He was incredibly friendly, flexible, and attentive. Peter showed us many beautiful spots off the beaten path and was always happy to accommodate our wishes — whether it was a quick stop at a pharmacy or finding the perfect viewpoint in the mountains to watch the sunset. Throughout the tour, he explained so much about the region and even joined us at every stop to help take great photos — we now have wonderful memories thanks to him. His relaxed manner and dedication made us feel well taken care of at all times. We can highly recommend this tour with Peter!

This tour was so good! I booked this service for my friends and I (6 people), aiming to go to Longji Rice Fields. The communication was super easy and efficient through WhatsApp, and as we were a larger group they accommodated with a larger car (very comfortable with aircon) and a tour guide, Jenny, who were with us throughout the journey. Originally we didn't even expect a tour guide as we thought we would just go and explore the rice fields ourselves, but we were sooooo happy that Jenny was there with us. Not only was she super helpful finding the best spots to see and how to navigate around, where to eat etc, she was also just so so nice and cheerful, and made the whole journey super special. I cannot imagine ever enjoying this trip as much without her, she really was the joy of the trip, and she also provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, local people and the food etc. Our driver was also very good and respectful. They picked us up and dropped us wherever we asked them to. Overall, absolutely an amazing experience, heavily recommended!!
