Had an absolutely amazing experience! The boat was very clean, and the staff was incredible throughout the trip. Since I don’t know how to swim, I was a little nervous initially, but the crew stayed by my side the entire time and made sure I felt safe and comfortable in the water. Thanks to them, I was even able to see the manta rays without fear. 5 of them. 🤩 We also got to see three Komodo dragons, including one baby Komodo dragon, which was such a memorable experience. The crew ensured our safety at all times while also making sure we could fully enjoy the breathtaking views and the overall tour. Overall, this was one of the best tours you can book in Labuan Bajo. Highly recommend going with this team if you want a safe, well-organized, and unforgettable experience!

It was a truly wonderful tour. Everything was carried out exactly according to the itinerary, and the guide was always attentive and considerate toward all of the participants. Since there were no manta rays at Manta Point, they kindly took us to another spot instead. Fortunately, we were very lucky and were able to swim with six manta rays while snorkeling.

This tour was great. We went with our tour guide “F” and crew. Each stop was pretty fantastic in their own way. It’s hiking, snorkeling, safari, beach time, boat trip all in one! We saw at least 7 komodos and a whole bunch of manta rays.

It was such a great trip! This is also my first time seeing many komodo, MORE THAN 10.. Also the tour guider is so friendly and kind, with them.. I also finally can swim and seeing mantas & turtles. They’re so big… 🤍🤍 Even the komodo’s are too! I hope one day i can go back, meeting all of the manta, turtle and komodo again!

Amazing Experience! I joined the 1 Day Komodo Trip by Share Fast Boat on September 27, 2025, organized by Flores Fantastic Tours, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The team was professional, friendly, and very attentive from the booking process until the end of the trip. The boat was clean and comfortable, the schedule ran perfectly on time, and the crew took great care of every guest. We visited Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo Island, all beautifully arranged so we could enjoy each spot without feeling rushed. We booked the tour in May for August. They initially told us you could pay with PayPal, and then the previous days they started texting us a lot because they wanted cash, insisting on coming to the hotel to pick it up. But we landed in the evening and could not. Then they asked us 5 euros more, we do not know why. But since it was late at night we accepted exhausted. The next morning they DIDN'T SHOW UP at the hotel. Luckily we went to the port and by a miracle we found the last two places available with another company. They explained to us at the port that fuel had not arrived for everyone and therefore certain boats did not leave. So a problem not theirs, and it can happen. But not having warned us by even turning off the phone is unforgivable behavior and sometimes scammers. When did they turn the phone back on and contact us? At 8.30, after all the tours have left. If it were up to them, we wouldn't have made the rounds we dreamed of. And not because there was no fuel, but because we were not notified in time. Fortunately the Indonesians are of a rare kindness and all have helped us

We would like to provide some clarification regarding the situation. Before you made the payment for the 1 Day Shared Trip by fast boat, we had informed you about the fuel shortage issue in Labuan Bajo, which could potentially affect the schedule of the trip. This was also the reason why we sent several messages the day before the trip. Those messages were solely to update you regarding the fuel shortage situation. Despite this information, the payment of USD 190 was made later that evening at 20:16. Communication with you was quite difficult, particularly in waiting for confirmation of the payment. Nevertheless, we did our best to find an available shared fast boat with sufficient fuel for the following day, but unfortunately, we were unable to secure one. The next morning, at around 06:00, we went to the harbor again to try to arrange a shared fast boat for the 1 Day Trip. Unfortunately, none were available. We also tried to contact you multiple times by phone, but your number could not be reached. We then went to your hotel, where the receptionist informed us that you had already left. At 08:00 we tried to call again, but your phone was still unreachable. We then sent you a WhatsApp message at 08:07, and shortly after we received your reply requesting a full refund of USD 190. Your refund was processed immediately at 08:37 on the same morning. FULL REFUND - $ 190 USD - sent through Paypal. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we did everything possible under the challenging circumstances of the ongoing fuel shortage in Labuan Bajo. Thank you very much for your understanding and feedback.
