- アルペン ルートは人気があり、忙しい日には交通機関を待つ必要があるため、ツアーの終了時刻を保証することはできませんが、遅くとも 19:00 までに終了する必要があります。遅延を避けるため、すべてのゲストは、交通機関の待ち合わせ時間など、ガイドの指示に従ってください。

Shawn was very conscientious in planning our transfers between the different modes of transport, helping us navigate our alpine excursion with ease.
The tour guide "Mr. Endo" performed very well! The journey is full of life from the beginning to the end, and the ability to drive the atmosphere is superior, so that the interaction between the team members is very harmonious. Her professional spirit and careful service make this trip not a little more, thank you very much for her contributions, definitely deserve the highest score!

Both guides were highly professional, friendly, and well-mannered throughout the tour. They gave us enough time to fully enjoy and explore each destination along the route. Although the schedule was quite tight, everything was managed efficiently, and we returned to Nagano right on time. What impressed me most was their clear and easy-to-understand English. Their explanations were delivered with confidence and clarity, making it easy for us to follow the itinerary and understand the information they shared. Overall, it was a wonderful experience exploring the Japan Alps with them. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable day trip.
Endo-san our guide was very informative, clear & made our snow wall trip enjoyable! We were able to go through the different transports smoothly & had enough time to explore the key sightseeing areas (which Endo-san had helped to point out to us).

It’s really worth it cuz the tour guide Endo and Ren give us a detailed explanation for the whole trip and the view is absolutely stunning and magnificent. I highly recommend people booking this tour via Snow Monkey Resorts.
Very good team of two. Warm, helpful. We are strict vegetarian so food is always big challenge. If your tours can work on that, even some packaged small lunch, it will be great.
