First Hot Air Balloon ride for us both. Great experience. Easy to book, great communication leading up to the flight. On the morning given full brief on what to expect, helped out setting up the balloon and away we went. Very smooth flight with lots of information from our pilot Graeme. A soft landing, helped pack up the balloon and back into Ipswich for a wonderful breakfast with Graeme. Cannot recommend Graeme and his team highly enough. 10/10! Note: This is a balloon. Sometimes flights will need to be reschedules if the weather is not suitable (for safety reasons). This happened to us, but the rebooking was simple and we had our flight on our next selected date.

We wanted to do something special for our 40th wedding anniversary. But what to do? After doing research we came across Floating images hot air balloon flights. I booked a flight for when we would be in QLD. The whole experience was fantastic. Graeme our pilot and his team made us feel so welcome. We were encouraged to help prepare the balloon or flight with Graeme explaining along the way. After a thorough safety briefing we climbed into the balloon basket. Then with a blast of hot air from the burners we lifted up through the light mist into the still country skies. The hour was breathtaking. After a gentle touch down we helped pack away the balloon and had breakfast with Graeme. We can’t recommend this company enough. Graeme and his team’s experience and professional skill made this adventure one we won’t forget in a long time.

Went on an amazing sunrise balloon flight with Graeme who was very knowledgeable. Great trip and stuck the landing twice (thank goodness). Was good to be included in the process of set up and pack up. Would do again!
