This is a scam tour company, I waited for an hour and a half and no car came to pick me up, no phone calls, no emails answered, and no refunds, very bad attitude. Later, after my hard work, I agreed to refund, but it brought me great mental loss. This is the worst trip I have encountered in my travels. I hope everyone will not be deceived by this travel company.
Hello, This what you wrote is totally misleading and you perfectly know that because: 1. Your booking is for a self-guided tour which does not include transportation and it's the cheapest option of this tour; 2. The privately-guided tour includes transportation as you know; 3. You tried to make the tour with transportation and not paying the price difference. We kindly asked you to switch you to the privately-guided tour option but you needed to pay the difference; 4. You were a no-show, made all our guides on the spots wait for you the whole day; 5. The platform was informed in time and your refund will be reverted to them as you had all the information and organization which you never used. This what you write is more suitable for yourself than for the tour. The customers who want more flexibility always book the self-guided tour and the ones who would like to have a guide and transportation with them all the time buy the privately-guided tour. You wanted the privately-guided tour on the price of the self-guided tour option which of course is never allowed but we were happy to switch you if you covered the price difference. We had guests from abroad who we wanted to impress with something unusual as a landmark, and also to show them the majestic nature of Bulgaria and, of course, we chose the Rhodopes. We chose Private 1-day Trip To Wonderful Bridges-Bachkovo-Asen's Fortress from Plovdiv and the option with a guide so that we can get additional interesting information during the trip and we were very pleased! The boy was very kind, with wonderful English and told many interesting facts about the history of this region, which we did not know. And from the views he showed us, we were left breathless, as were our guests! We spent the whole day for the tour and had a great time! Thank you very much for the high level of service provided, for the patience and answers to many of our questions, the organization was flawless! Good luck going forward and we will definitely take advantage of your services again!

An absolute unique self-guided tour. Very cheap, guides on the spots, full logistics in pdf and maps were sent to me. Excellently organized and I'm extremely happy. Strongly recommend for everybody who wants to travel at their own pace!!!

**SCAM ALERT** DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR Once we booked, operator asked for 180€ more for transportation. The tour operator was very rude and unprofessional. Would not cancel the reservation, so we ended up pay 93 USD for a google document. The document was sent via message at 7am on the day of the tour. We didn’t end up with a tour. We got NOTHING No tour, no information, no customer service. We asked for a refund as the tour includes nothing but a google document. The tour operator offered an $18 refund, as he said hard work was put into planning the tour. Tour was booked at 9pm the day before and contacted operator at 9:30pm (30min later) after we received a message for 180€ more for transportation. Viator can not issue a refund as the money was sent to the tour operator. Please avoid this Bulgarian SCAM at all cost. Take your business elsewhere
Hello Shaun, You really know how to mislead other customers. But of course everyone has got own opinion. And now I share with you our answer but my tone and attitude will be professional as we do not answer with the same to what we got from you: First, you were on the phone with our support very late at night on the day before your tour several times asking for a refund because you did not read carefully. Second, our staff on spot is the one who leads you but you need to reach the sights as you booked the self-guided option without any transport. That's very clear too and you perfectly know it. Third, we advised you the price for a privately-guided tour which means with transport and the guide/driver constantly with you. Which was about 20% less than the original price of this option which you could check online too. Fourth, your attitude is one of a customer who made a mistake and despite our efforts to help you the only thing you needed is your money back when all your organization was in place and made with our people. Fifth, on the day of the tour you did not arrive at the locations and you were a no-show. In the end you were partially refunded as you also state in your writing. Given all this, my advise to everyone who reads this is the following: if you do have a car or any type of transportation, do book the self-guided tour option of this tour. If you do not have a car or any type of transportation, do book the privately-guided option of this tour. And for you Shaun, we can make the following: next time when you are around, please let us know, rent your own car and have the tour option you booked and did not use.
