Our driver Gaetan Laval Nagain made sure we had a wonderful day and showed us so many beautiful places in Mauritius. He was very friendly and polite. We learned a lot about the history of the country and had so much fun. Thank you so much Gaetan for driving us around! 🙏🏻😊

We just took a tour of the southern part of the island with Raggoo as an excellent guide!! We had a wonderful day. He passionately told us the history of Mauritius, introduced us to local crafts, the different cultures, and more specifically his own with a visit to Grand Bassin. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, we settled a taxi for 5 hours for a transfer from hotel to hotel, we were allowed to stop only at one place all for 6,700 rupees; more unfriendly welcome; we felt we were fooled since we enjoyed the transport only 3 hours; we gave our feeling and in reaction they shifted us an hour for the transfer to the airport on the last day, making us arrive 1h30 before the time of the flight, whereas the delay is 3 hours. A lot of pettiness at this tour operator that I obviously advise against.

Après vérification auprès de nos équipes et analyse des données GPS de notre véhicule, nous comprenons que vous aviez réservé une voiture avec chauffeur pour une durée de 5 heures. L’heure de prise en charge communiquée par notre représentant était 13h00. Notre chauffeur est arrivé à l’hôtel à 12h57 et est resté sur place jusqu’à 13h40. Selon les informations recueillies, vous êtes arrivés à Bois Chéri vers 15h02 et avez quitté les lieux à 15h50, avant de regagner l’hôtel Shandrani à 16h30. À votre arrivée, il semblerait que seule la dégustation de thé ait pu être effectuée, la visite de l’usine étant déjà fermée dans l’après-midi. Après cette visite, notre chauffeur nous informe vous avoir proposé de découvrir d’autres endroits dans les environs, notamment dans le Sud-Est ou à Mahébourg, ainsi que de faire un arrêt au Plaisance Mall ou au Beau Vallon Mall. Ces suggestions n’ayant pas été retenues, il vous a ensuite reconduits à votre hôtel. Nous comprenons néanmoins que cette expérience n’ait pas été aussi agréable que vous l’espériez et en sommes sincèrement désolés. Par ailleurs, sauf erreur de notre part, votre vol de départ était prévu à 18h20, avec une prise en charge organisée à 15h20. Les passagers sont généralement invités à se présenter entre deux et trois heures avant l’heure de départ afin d’effectuer les formalités d’enregistrement et de sécurité dans les meilleures conditions. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre retour, qui nous permet de rester attentifs à la qualité des services fournis à nos clients. We went on a few excursions with Maurtourco in Mauritius. We had an excellent driver and guide, Ragoo. He ensured the trips were tailored to what we wanted to do, his knowledge and enthusiasm was exceptional and he really made the trips memorable for us.

During our stay in Flic en Flac we turned to this agency for our excursions. Navim was great at explaining the various excursions and options. Due to bad weather, we postponed excursion to Deer Island and Navim was great at rescheduling everything. For three days we toured the island by private car with Joel: a very good Italian speaking driver, nice and who introduced us to the island and its culture.

Great tour seeing the real Mauritius. Sanjava (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) was fantastic - driver and tour guide rolled into one sharing historical, geological and modern day facts about all things Mauritius whether it was about the Arab, Dutch, French or English eras on Mauritius. Definitely worth considering if here!

We’ve just returned from a 2 week holiday in Mauritius in which did 4 excursions with Maurtourco. Our rep Avila at our hotel arranged a meeting on our first full day & was really helpful. She listened to what we wanted & got us booked onto excursions to match. She then stayed in touch to keep us updated with times etc. Our guides were great, in particular Vasant who we had a couple of times. He’s such a friendly guy, an absolute fountain of knowledge & went above and beyond to give us a really good experience of Mauritius, its culture & history. They also provided our airport transfers (sorry, can’t remember the drivers names) but they were great too & make the airport transfer a tour in itself. And importantly, they were all always on time, if not early.
