They messaged me driver would arrive soon at 09.55 driver arrived at 10.00 spot on time he was very polite and friendly helped us in and out of the vehicle both there and back driving was exelent upon driving at marina we were collected quickly after only a short wait this is normal when sorting where you are going too . We then boarded paradise boat 3 with our fantastic guide throughout the trip a Moaned gamal he looked after us on the boat as well as on paradise island i can honestly say this was one of the best trips I've had anywhere half way there we stopped for snoring the sea was so clear and coral was really colourful fish were everywhere so many different tipes and colours absolutely amazing. We then set of for the island this was so beautiful with pure white sands clear water we sat in the island restaurant there where the food was cooked perfectly there was plenty of viarity from salads to rice pasta, bbq chicken , soup , fruit and drinks. Again 10 out of 10 there toilets were clean & tidy beds comfortable we also had a massage there for $10 this was also excellent value and service very professional which suppressed me greatly as I wasn't expecting it to be so good I highly recommend having 1 felt so relaxed after went for a dip in the sea before being taken back to the boat. Execellent tour and trip l was travelling solo they could not do enough for me. The guide heba she is very good and helpful and Eslam l did all the things l wanted to do. I would highly recommend.

I booked the parasailing, sofa bed ride activity with this company. I do not recommend it at all, they scammed us. I paid for 10 minutes parasailing and it was less then 3 minutes, I recorded the whole session. The sofa bed ride never happened. Book from somewhere else, not egyptra travel services. They really do not care about the service they provide.

My husband, my 16 year old and myself enjoyed this trip very much. We went with Blue Sky/Blue Waves which were a company not associated with our travel rep - but it was cheaper and I have to say the service and facilities were excellent. I wasn’t impressed by ‘Paradise Island’ itself. It was okay but not very idyllic. The boat trip was fabulous. We saw wild dolphins and our captain ensured that we stayed there long enough to see them quite a bit. The staff on the boat were so lovely - the instructions for the deep sea snorkelling were clear. If you needed any equipment it was provided at no extra cost. The deep sea snorkel was guided and the guide pulled a life ring in case anyone struggled (life jackets were also provided if required). The guide kept the group together and made sure no one was left behind. All in all I would definitely recommend the operator and the deep sea snorkel. I, personally, wouldn’t include paradise island in my trip.

Beautiful excursions, it is really pretty , the water is turquoise , the setting really amazing!!!
