David was the BEST! He was in contact with us upon arrival. He let us know getting thru and luggage pickup could take more time due to changes happening with the system. He continued to stay in contact and was ready to take us to the hotel when we were thru with our luggage. His patience made arrival less stressful.

I'm curious to see how long this will remain on Tripadvisor before the AI bots take it down. We booked for a private transfer to Prague City centre with Praguedrivers.online for £34.04 via Viator. It took us 3 hours to exit the airport due to the EU Entry/Exit System because we were arriving from the UK. The company allegedly waited 1 hour then decided to cancel our transfer. I didn't get any signal in the airport so had no idea what was going on. I then rang the tour operator when I finally got their message. The reply was that they would pick us up only if we paid an extra 25 euros. The currency is Czech Koruna so this is a grossly inflated price when you look at the exchange rate. I declined as this seemed like a scam. I then messaged Viator when I was back in the UK and in all fairness there customer service was quick to reply. It's a nightmare applying for a refund on their website and I went round the houses a few times before I was able to do this. No contact phone number so you can speak to a human being. They then said I couldn't have a refund because the tour operator won't authorise it. I'm now out of pocket. I'll never use Viator ever again nor would I recommend you book a private transfer if travelling from the UK. Basically, use Uber as they have machines you can book them outside the terminal and are cheaper/ more reliable.

I had a great experience with David. He was on time, his vehicle was neat and clean, and he was super knowledgeable about the architecture, history, and the must see places for visitors.

The driver was on time and got us to the airport when we needed. He was very professional and drove well! I would recommend for anyone who needs a ride when arriving or leaving Prague!

No one should ever use this company. They are not reliable or honest. The driver was not at the airport when we arrived. We called the company looking for the driver and they informed us that he would pick us up at the airport in 10 mins. After 20 minutes, we called again. They put us in contact with the driver. The driver told us he was on the way and would be there in 25 minutes. The trip from the airport to the hotel was only 35 minutes but we had to wait for 45 minutes for the driver. The fee was twice the rate if you used an Uber. The driver should be waiting for you. You pay for that service. We informed the driver we no longer wanted their service. We disturbed the company’s credit card charge. They lied to our credit card company that they were there to meet us but we cancelled. So, we were still charged for failure of service. This is the most dishonest company we have ever worked with. Viator should re-think representing them. We have never left a negative review for any service or company. But this company is the worst.

Smooth transfer from airport to city centre hotel. Driver a little late (10 minutes) arriving to pick us up.

Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours but David was there waiting for us and communicated through WhatsApp. Very friendly and informative on our ride through the city to our hotel.
