The driver assigned to your tour is also a highly experienced professional who has operated this particular itinerary many times. For this reason, we were genuinely surprised and concerned to read your comments. Traffic delays can unfortunately affect a full-day itinerary, particularly on a route covering Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio. When unexpected delays occur, adjustments may sometimes be necessary in order to keep the tour within the scheduled timeframe. That said, we agree that any changes to the itinerary should be clearly communicated to guests, and we will reinforce this with our team. Regarding the commentary, we would also like to clarify that this experience is operated as a private sightseeing tour with a professional driver, rather than a guided tour. Our drivers can provide general information and insights about the sites and places visited, but they are not licensed tour guides and therefore do not provide the extensive historical commentary of a professional guide. Guests who would like a more comprehensive guided experience can request a licensed guide as an additional service. We appreciate your feedback and will review the circumstances of your tour with the driver.
