I had an amazing day tour in Ha Long Bay, and a big reason was our guide, Tom. From the start, Tom was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the history and legends of Ha Long Bay. He explained everything clearly and made the trip both informative and fun. The itinerary was well organized, with enough time to enjoy the stunning limestone islands, take photos, and relax on the boat. Tom was always attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. Great day spent inhaling bay. The food on the boat was delicious and plentiful. The hike for the views was long but worth the effort. Then we did the kayaking through the cave rather than going on a bamboo boat. Then the walk into the cave. We even got to watch the sunset on the way back to the marina. Excellent tour with guides that speak good English.

We enjoyed the tour thou the weather is unpredictable but our tour guide Ken did a good job to handle and made us feel comfortable. The buffet food is great too! We tried the bamboo boat and surprising cave hike! Tiptop island was fantastic. Thank you for today Ken and the rest of the crew!
