Really nice trip around the lake with a decent guide. The boat is not Air Conditioned and moves to slow to generate much breeze so it was quite hot.
Nice cruise. Would have liked to get a better look at some of the coastal villages but overall a positive experience.
This was kind of a last minute decision for us and we are very happy we did it. The scenery of Lake Lucerne was phenomenal. We were able to secure a spot on the top deck which allowed us to really take in all the scenery around Lake Lucerne. This was an appropriate amount of time for this experience and we are so happy we did it.
Great cruise..saw lots ftom up top of boat .. well maintained and felt safe Bar open for drinks and coffee
Great scenery!! We were able to book the day before with no issues. Plenty of availability. Recommend the earlier time slots as it will get windy.
Well-operated boat. Modern and smooth. Helpful staff. Amazingly beautiful scenery in every direction throughout the cruise. Really a unique perspective from the water. Only negative was on Trip Advisor end. Not clear after booking through them what was needed in the way if ticket, etc. to board. Then couldn’t access easily; called for PW reset. Boat loading about ended and still waiting for e-tkt from Trip Advisor. Ultimately, crew had to look us up on their manifest to let us onboard.
This was a great experience, friendly crew, excellent boat, beautiful day…what more could you ask for ?
Great experience on the water of Lake Lucerne. Loved the views and the one hour was plenty of time to see the region.
This boat ride was efficiently handled and as advertised. The back of the boat gave a perfect view and was protected from the wind. However, the audio announcements were not easy to hear at the rear.
The cruise was lovely. There was no description or guide of the sights we were seeing. It would have been helpful to know which mounts we were passing.
