Sky was a fantastic guide! He was very insightful on all the our stops at Sun Moon lake and the history that came with it. I would definitely recommend him for all my friends and family!

Our experience was awesome from the moment we were picked up from our hotels to our drop-offs. Since we were a larger group than what we could book ourselves, we ended up customizing our private cruise tour with MyTaiwanTour directly. They were responsive, organized and accommodating, especially since our group split their stays at two different hotels, and they were happy to provide pickups at both locations. Our tour guide, Tai, was great! It was a pleasure for us spending a day with someone who was knowledgeable, personable and led the tour that was neither too talkative, like a TED-Talk conference, or too dull. Sun Moon Lake truly was pretty to sail in. It's certainly not physically grand since we hail from the Great Lakes area, but that didn't dampen our tour at all. Seeing the landmarks around the lake was cool, too. I do wish we had more time at each spot to roam around, but it is what it is. I'd highly recommend this tour, and thanks again to Tai!

Great place to visit. Beautiful lake and mountains . Take boat around the lake feel great. Will visit it again with friends.

The gondola was cool because it had a glass bottom floor in which we could see everything under us. Tour guide: Barbie did an EXCELLENT job explaining everything to us and answering our questions!

Sun Moon Lake is a stunning place to visit and the tour guide was so personal and friendly. We were able to request to ride the gondolas to get a great view of the lake from above.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Sun Moon Lake. We could not have chosen a better place! The views are out of this world! The lake and the surrounding tree filled mountains are absolutely magnificent. After a leisurely walk, we took a boat ride on the lake and, then, a cable car ride up the mountain. All in all, a memorable experience. One regret.. we didn't stay longer!

I'm just want to say thanks to Mr. Jett, I really really enjoyed in this tour. He very very helpful and respectful guy, he know a huge historical about this lake and coverd all area show to take my pictures then go to shopping after finish this tour. My son and I loved our one day tour of the lake. Our guide, Epson made our day fun we covered a great deal of area effortlessly. His knowledge of Taiwan and its history is extensive and his English is excellent. We managed to get a bicycle ride into our busy day too. That was probably the highlight of my tour that day. The high speed rail is a great way to see the countryside too. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see this beautiful lake.

NOTE: STAY CLEAR! This company gives different prices for each individual based on how many people book! I paid the price for 2 PEOPLE and 6 people ended up being on my tour who all paid almost $100 US less than me each! What kind of tour company would let that happen..?? What the company should have done is given me a separate tour guide for my partner and I OR refunded us back the money to 6 people being on the tour. But being a pathetic and unfair tour company that only cares for profit neither happened. After several complaints from me - they refused to partially refund the tour at all. Lastly, this tour had a total of 9 hours travel time and 3 on TOUR LOCATION! I mean OMG check traffic conditions and change things accordingly. Everything was poor about MTT!

<p>Beautiful experience and worth the trip in spite of the 3/12 hours travel fromTaipei, seeing the place with blooming cherry blossoms, riding in the boat, comfortable vehicle and simple but delicious lunch with Gordon our driver-guide who speaks English.</p>
