Golden Blossoms tour of the Cameron Highlands from our hotel in Kuala Lumpur was wonderful for our honeymoon. We felt safe on windy roads, and did fun things we wanted to do! Our tour guide Wesley had many connections to make the experience to exactly what we hoped for. Our driver Sammy was an absolute pro and made everything smooth. Would book again!

Yesterday I took this guided tour that I had contracted with this agency and it was the worst experience of my trip to Malaysia. The driver/guide barely knew English (it was his cover letter when we met at the pickup point), so I had no explanation whatsoever. And although I hired a private guided tour (the same voucher of the reservation indicates that there was "guide" and the name of the tour also indicates "guided tour") I did not receive any type of guided accompaniment, I only received the Transfer Service, but that is not what I paid. As I indicated to this agency, either the driver/guide did not feel like doing his job or did not have the necessary knowledge to be able to do his job, but in any case this is not my responsibility and neither do I have to be the person harmed. The bottom line is that I have paid for a Service that I have not received and it does not seem fair to me from the agency.
First of all, you did not make any booking through Tripadvisor. This booking channel is for PRESTIGIOUS Tripadvisor guests only. The amount that you had paid and the condition of booking is different from others in which the voucher had stated “Private Tour”. The Guide also act as Driver, that means “Guide cum Driving”. You might like to translate the following ENGLISH words to your own language for your understanding. You wrote the word “Transfer”, means just transfer only but apparently it was a Tour in which our Guide had taken you to all the places of interest listed in the program. Our Guide had provided his services by walking together with you and assisting you in taking pictures throughout the visit to Waterfalls, Aborigines Village, BOH Tea Plantation, Strawberry Farm & Bee Farm and Cameron Valley Tea Plantation. When you first arrived at BOH Tea Plantation, you ordered your drinks at the Tea Café in which later you didn’t like it, so you left. Then our Guide took you to the factory for a visit. After the visit, you passed by the BOH Tea Plantation Giftshop and our Guide had advised you to purchase whatever you need but you didn’t want and you said it is a problem to carry whatever been bought so you left empty handed. Then you walked the Tea Valley for a visit but it started to rain so you left for lunch. After the Steamboat Lunch, the Guide took you to another Tea Plantation “Cameron Valley”. Entrance fee was purchased by us and you went down for a visit, but you only spent 5 minutes to take pictures and you came up. In which later you visited the “Cameron Valley Tea” Giftshop and you were unhappy that they are not selling “BOH Tea” products in which you have to be sensible enough to understand that this is another Tea Farm Outlet so how can they sell “BOH Tea” in this premise? After that the tour was taken to visit the Strawberry & Bee Farm in which later the tour proceeded back to Kuala Lumpur. We sincerely wish to extend our Greetings to you and Have a Wonderful Stay in Malaysia! Thank you.
Will give 0 rating, the elderly man (dr) very grumpy and not friendly. No engagement. I will not recommend this company.
Please advise your date of experience so that we can investigate the above matter accordingly. We wish to stress it out that it had NEVER happened. He had been in this field for 30+ years and he is a Professional. If he was so bad, he should not even be accorded with a star? The company had always been accommodative and had never got into any unpleasantness with anyone and all our records shows well. By the way, you mentioned the word “Dr”, Yes you were fortunate to have him on board as a guide without any extra charges and also we wish to inform you that he is also the Director of the company and as so, would he want to jeopardise the company? We hope it was not the driver the company just fired yesterday.
We did 2 tours with this team. We did a day tour for Cameron highlands and the other one for Genting. Both tours were excellent. Michelle and her colleague Wesley were extremely professional, very friendly and highly accommodating. They showed us lots of places around and gave us a good overview and at the same time let us have time to ourselves as well. The best part was getting to know so much about Malaysian culture and heritage as they shared valuable insights on the country's rich history. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

Our driver was very nice and a good, safe driver. The tour was great! Good information and ample time to make stops at other points of interest! We managed to stop at a waterfall, at a villager’s house where we got to blow a dart gun, the Boh tea plantation, a really cool garden with butterflies and other cool creatures and insects, a wonderful steamboat dinner, and finally to pick strawberries at a strawberry farm. All the sights were great and our tour guide made it a very easy going time. My only feedback would be it would have been nice if the company had reached out to me regarding confirmation of pickup time but really that was quite minor and communication was great after I called and inquired about it. Highly recommend.

An amazing day of activity and seeing the beautiful landscapes of Cameron Highlands. My favourite part of this tour was visiting the tea fields. How green and beautiful and a sight to see. Plus samplying local tea on site was a treat. My second favourite part of this trip was the provided lunch. We were all vegetarians on this tour so our driver took us to a spot where we could get a delicious lunch cooked at the table of local veggies. One of the best lunches I have ever had. And although the Butterfly farm is in need of an update to the facilities I was thrilled to hold in my hand a leaf insect. So beautiful and gentle. Our driver was friendly and kind. Yes the day is long and there is lots of driving but don't let it deter you. I have taken a number of tours in KL with another company and I can honestly say Blossom is better.
