We recently booked the 1 hour snowmobile tour with wild about Lapland it was such a smooth and fun experience. The staff at their office were super friendly when we arrived offering tea and coffee, we were then introduced to our tour guide Jordi who was amazing from start to finish, so friendly, informative and such a great energy! We were extremely lucky as we booked the 5pm tour and explored during the most stunning sunset! We were a group of 6 (3 couples) which was great as it was a more intimate experience. Jordi allowed us to stop and take photos even showed me some great trips and poses ha! I would highly recommend, thanks Wild About Lapland & Jordi!
Everything as expected. Guide went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! We were able to accelerate to a good speed where it was possible and had a few stops to take photos. The information regarding the rules and laws was clear and concise. Mark the guide made sure we all had the best time. I absolutely recommend this experience for ski-mobiling beginners.
We enjoyed a easy ride around Rovaniemi surrounded by nature. Especial thanks to the Spanish receptionist and her flexibility.

Cool experience to ride snowmobiles in lapland. we went on the short tour which was good because it was freezing! very fun!

It was a wonderful experience. The agency provides you in the price the appropriate suit, the balaclava, helmet and boots. We went outside Rovaniemi and Zhanyia taught us the basic rules. We did a 1 h ride, we were a small group of 4, so it was handled very well. We made several stops to take many photos and Zhanyia was very considerate, attentive to our needs, explained well and with the right timing. We also saw the dawn... We had a wonderful time on the snow mobile tour. Jordy was a great guide, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We were picked up on time. The reception staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We were able to get some great pics and take away some wonderful memories. We were dropped off at our pick up point at the end of our tour. As a family of five we would highly recommend other travelers to use this company (and request Jordy).

Don't use these cowboys they don't care about your safety, all they care about is the money. My sister broke her foot in 4 places because they went ahead in icy conditions with someone who had only been on a snowmobile for the 1st time 1 hour before our slot. We said we didn't feel safe as it was pure ice and not snow but he still made us drive back and it hit ice skidded and flipped with it landing on her foot and they were really nasty back at the office please don't use them

Even though we have already communicated with the lead traveler from your family following the incident, we would like to address the concerns you raised in this review. Conditions and safety – operating in Arctic environment often involves icy conditions, and we strive to assess and adapt to these. On the day of your tour, the route was deemed safe by our team as well as other companies who share the snowmobile tracks. However, we recognize that icy terrain can feel intimidating, especially for first-time riders, and we are sorry that this impacted your experience. Guides – during your tour, you were accompanied by two qualified guides. One of them was completing the final stages of advanced training under the supervision of an experienced snowmobile guide. Any comments suggesting inexperience may have been misunderstood and do not reflect their ability to manage the situation. Situation after the incident – immediately following the unfortunate accident, our guides and team offered assistance, including first aid, transportation to the hospital, or a visit to the pharmacy. We respected your decision to decline these offers and prioritize returning to your accommodation. While we deeply sympathize with your family’s experience, all participants are required to sign a Self-Liability Agreement prior to the tour. This agreement outlines the inherent risks of snowmobiling, including the participant’s responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Your feedback has been noted, and we continuously review our processes to ensure we are upholding the highest safety and communication standards. We are committed to providing safe, enjoyable experiences and will use your comments to improve further. However, we must kindly disagree with your statement that we do not care about the safety of our guests. Ensuring the well-being of our customers is our top priority!
