08 : 10 カイラン水上市場探検：モーターボートに乗って有名なカイラン水上市場の賑やかな運河を航行します。 ボートから直接果物や野菜、特産品を販売する立会人。 川暮らしの本格的なシーンを捉え、水上ショップのカラフルな光景をお楽しみください。 09 : 30 Hủ Tiếu Making Experience : メコンデルタの名物麺料理であるhủ tiếuの作り方を学ぶ。 ガイドと地元のシェフが工程を実演し、料理のヒントをシェアします。伝統的な南ベトナム料理を実際に味わってください。 10 : 15 地元のフルーツガーデン＆伝統音楽：川沿いのフルーツガーデンを訪れ、季節のトロピカルフルーツを味わい、ベトナムのお茶を飲みます。 ガイドが現地の習慣や農耕慣習を解説しながら、ベトナム南部の伝統的な民俗音楽であるダン・カ・タイ・トゥ（DĐờn Ca Tài Tử）に耳を傾けましょう。
12 : 00 カイベへの送迎＆古代館見学：メコン川沿いを更にクルーズしてカイベへ。 その建築、文化的意義、川沿いの生活様式について学びます。 13 : 00 パンケーキ作り＆ベトナム定食：古民家で体験型バインセオ（ベトナムの香ばしいパンケーキ）作り教室に参加。 ホストが用意した新鮮な地元の特産品を使った伝統的なメコンスタイルのランチをお楽しみください。 14 : 30 自転車でフルーツガーデンをサイクリングし、カイビー周辺の果樹園や果樹園を探索します。 ジャックフルーツ、ドリアン、ランブータン、グアバなどのトロピカルフルーツをサンプリングしながら、景色の良い小道をサイクリング。 地元の栽培技術を学び、緑豊かなデルタの風景をゆったりとしたペースでお楽しみください。 17 : 00 ホーチミンに戻る：ホーチミンに戻る快適なミニバンに乗ってリラックス。 一日の体験を振り返り、デルタの絶景をお楽しみください。 ホテルへの送迎でツアーは終了です。

Lam and Mr. L, our driver, were wonderful! Lam was so knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. He was accommodating to ensure nothing was too taxing, twice took initiative to get us ice cold water, and helped make sure we had everything we needed. A fantastic day with fantastic guides!! Early start, guide joined us a bit later on the trip. Friendly guy, good English, made a video which we appreciated. We booked Floating Markets and Mekong Delta, Floating Markets were well and truely done by the time we got there (despite early start), didn't really get the Mekong Delta Experience, just a little paddle somewhere, but we might have read the tour description wrong. Too many brief touristy stops. Highlight was the breakfast stop for Pho though- unreal!
I highly recommend this tour with a varied program, including a visit to the floating market. It will be a unique experience, and your local guide will even take beautiful photos to capture your trip. I suggest you try the special vietnamese pancake making!

Our guide Truc was very informative and interesting guy. We experienced a lot of different activities and saw several beautiful places. But Cao Rang floating market must be visited if you want to get closer to a local Mekong culture and life.

Fantastic tour whit bodhy - super nice guy
I recommend this tour with Bohdi, he was excellent tour guide, explained us everything, answered all our questions. We did the tour in a small group of 12. There was no rush, we had enough time to explore the points of the tour. We enjoyed the day very much!
