When meeting my guide Chiên, it was like meeting a friend! He was extremely kind and thorough during our time exploring the island. I asked TONS of questions about the lifestyle and culture, and he did not hesitate to explain anything. I asked for a local Vietnamese lunch experience, and he took me to a place that did NOT disappoint!! He is very knowledgable about Vietnam and Phu Quoc, and if he doesn’t know something, he will honestly tell you he doesn’t know it instead of making up an answer to satisfy the question. I suggest when doing this tour that the Hô Quôc Temple is done first because it is MASSIVE and will take the majority of your time. Second piece of advice is to skip one of the beaches. In my opinion, they were the same experience. I preferred Soa as it was less crowded; Khem is a tourist hotspot. Both require payments for rr usage. Skip one and utilize that time in Sunset Town and take the cable car (separate payment to ride)!! I highly recommend this tour and my guide/new friend Chiên. I look forward to another visit and booking again to see more of Phu Quoc!

We were very happy with our driver. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. He spoke very good English, so we were able to get also some information about places we visited and he was happy to offer his suggestions and tips.
