Although our driver was very nice and friendly and tried hard to help us, he didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He was looking at his phone almost constantly. I know he wanted to do a good job, but it was not a success. We spent over 40 minutes driving around the Dubai mall looking for where he was supposed to park for our 11 a.m Burj Khalifa tour. He must’ve asked 20 people where to park. I realize the mall is huge, but from where he parked to where we entered, our tour was a little over a mile. We went up and down and up and down escalators, sometimes retracing our steps. He walked way ahead of us. I had told him that we were slow walkers; I am 75 and my husband is 82. At one point, we could not even see him. This next part of the journey was not our driver’s fault, but your company‘s fault. While we were in the Burj tour, I got a WhatsApp message. He said he was the driver and wanted to know if everything was OK. I’m calling this person driver too. Isaid yes, and then messaged him back when were through with the tour and told him were waiting at Starbucks. Driver one called me and told me that he was there and that he could see me. At this point, I did not realize that there were two different drivers contacting me. We went to the airport to drop off our luggage early and our real driver said that he would wait for us and for us to contact him when we were done. Still not knowing that there were two different drivers using ‎WhatsApp, I contacted driver two and said that we were waiting outside the airport. I contacted him numerous times and said we were still waiting, still waiting, still waiting, outside in the heat outside the airport at entrance 2, where he had dropped us off. We waited for over an hour. I made phone calls, even to the United States. My WhatsApp would not let me call at the Dubai airport. Double checking my messages, I realized that the Guides had used different numbers and that they were too different companies. Driver number two was fromDubex tours. That was when I notified our real driver that we were waiting. I contacted Dubex tours to tell them that their driver had been contacting me, and I tried to contact them back. They said that the two companies were the same. I asked why they had not told me that I was talking to the wrong driver and I had no response. Anyway, by this time, we were so tired and so frustrated and so exasperated that we had no time to prepare for our scheduled second tour for the evening, so we had to cancel it. By that time, it was too late to cancel and so we lost our $500. This was an entirely unsatisfactory experience. In our 28 hours we had in Dubai, we spent 2 1/2 hours in the Burj, stopped at the Frame for about 15 minutes and did nothing else.

We had a wonderful experience with a customized tour of Dubai. We could cover all the attractions we wanted in a very limited time frame. Tour company was very flexible and driver Afridi doubled up as a guide. Highly recommended.

Our visit to Abu Dhabi today, and especially to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, was truly unforgettable. Khan was incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling. He explained everything to us in great detail and guided us in such a smooth and thoughtful way that we didn’t experience any inconvenience at all. Before heading to Abu Dhabi, we made a short stop at the last exit of Dubai for anything we might need before the trip — a small but very considerate touch that made the whole experience even more comfortable. Throughout the tour, we had plenty of time, no rush, no stress, and absolutely no hassle. Our experience was flawless from start to finish. We highly recommend this activity to everyone, especially with the wonderfully kind and professional Khan. Thank you, Khan, for making our day so special.

We have booked a 10 hour ride for Dubai. We expected the driver to guide us through the city for a quick tour while heading to airport, He couldn’t not as he thought it was Abu dabi ride . The car was good driver was polite.
