This was such an unfortunate experience as it could have been significantly better if not for a few things. 1. Communication was incredibly poor. There was a mixup with the pickup time. Someone reached out and said one time and another number reached out and said a different time. It was so bad that another passenger had a 530 pickup time when they intended for it to be 430 so we ended up getting delayed a tiny bit. In addition, we received ZERO instructions. I have taken multiple tours like these and they always send me instructions - what to bring, what not to bring, what is covered, what is not etc. I waited and waited but received nothing from them. I did not know I had to pay for the park separately and they did not send the link or anything so we could complete ahead of time. They also did not tell us that the Masai village was part of the itinerary and tried to force it on us AND have us pay for it. It became awkward when the driver took us there and they asked for a $25 entry fee when none of us had planned on going to the Masai village - we had each independently visited a Masai village or made plans to go so we had intentionally selected the option which did not include the Masai village. VERY awkward vibes. 2. There was another tourist on the trip who made the trip unpleasant for everyone. The driver kept on focusing attention on her, understandably as she was very challenging. Massive kudos to the driver on how he handled her, however, it almost felt as if she was on a private trip and the rest of us happened to tag along. 3. It was also hard for the driver to multitask - drive well while looking out for animals and telling us about the animals. It would have been so much better if there was another person helping him with the actual talking part All in all, this was just a bunch of minor things which could have been prevented to make this an enjoyable trip for all. However, Amboseli itself is absolutely amazing! Seeing the elephants was incredible. I did both Nairobi Park and Amboseli and you kinda need to do both to get the full experience. I unfortunately did not see a lion at either location lol.

This tour ticked all the boxes - I saw many elephants, giraffes, zebras, water buffalo, hippos, flamingoes. No lions unfortunately. And Mt Kilimanjaro was obscured by clouds. But it was exhilarating. My biggest complaint is time keeping. This tour is advertised as 8 hours. In fact, it was a 16 hour round trip - departing at 4am, returning after 8pm. Lunch was not organised until 4pm. This made for a very long day - so better communication would help manage expectations.

Great day in Amboseli - - especially if you don't have time for a longer safari to Maasai Mara. Saw elephants, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, flamingos, zebras, and so much more. The safari vehicle with pop-up roof was super fun! As a solo traveler, it was a great way to meet some interesting people.

A worthy it experiences and full off adventures.The guide was a good driver.

We booked this trip at the last minute. The pickup was on time. We loved how the driver drove us to the park. We saw the animal we expected to see, lions elephats and leopard. I highly recommend the tour.

We planned this tour sometime back and it happened later after an year of waiting.Pick up time was excellent and communication was Soo smooth for the entire time. Elijah was our all time guide and Soo vibrant and kind. It was literally a fantastic experience.

Francis was very good guide.I saw hyenas feasting on a carcus of an elephant .and a sleeping lions.it was pure exciting.

This was a great day trip and very well-worth the experience. Our driver/tour guide Francis was amazing and really made the day enjoyable - he was very kind and made sure we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He did an incredible job navigating traffic as well. There was an opportunity to purchase coffee & breakfast before entering the park which was nice. The provided lunch was also good. It was a long day but again it was worth it for the price paid and I would definitely recommend this to others!

Elijah was very friendly and observant on the roads .He took good care of us and our stuff. He explained everything and paid for lunch.I highly recommend.
